Paid a driver cash and at the end of the day he charged my card. The Bolt support said the is nothing they can do, I always rate the drivers good but never thought that they are ********s. Im so upset with BOLT what a shame
Just received an invoice now from BWH Boksburg New, Monte Christo Boulevard, Sales person: Refiloe Sekat PLEASE CHECK WHATS GOING ON WITH MY NAME, IM CURRENTLY AT WORK IN SANDTON. IM NOT EVEN CLOSER TO BOKSBURG
I received an SMS after I sent 2 emails to receive an account number and I deposited R100 after receiving the account number to keep the account active. I kept on receiving calls and the call center agent kept on calling me with my ****en surname whereas I typed in my marital surname. I told the call center agent that they should stop calling me with my ****en surname. I decided to go to the Chris Hani Branch, waiting in the long Que, something that I was avoiding doing. I was trying to find out on why there is a delay in delivering my card. The lady at customer service told me the card was active and still had not been delivered. I explained to her that the call center agent kept on calling me with the ****en surname and I was unhappy about that. She told me if she ordered a card it would be an additional cost of R70 and I refused to pay because I hadn't received the free charge for a new card I was supposed to get upon the new application. She suggested that she request that the card be delivered to Chris Hani and I’ll receive it after 3 days. When I went to the branch again, standing in that long queue from the outside of the branch. When I reached the same lady who assisted me last time. She collected a card that had my ****en surname again. I told her to fix this as I had told her a week before about this matter and she brought an incorrect ordered card. She called her supervisor just to try and assist and reorder the correct card with my current surname and the supervisor told her that I needed to pay for the reissue and left. I told her I won't pay for the reorder of the card. She tried and see if she could weave the reissue and try to assist but She couldn't. I was forced to sign the card that I won't be able to use. I told them I was closing the account, they told me I owed R8 because of the bank charges. My R100 was deducted from an account that I didn't use, I'm extremely disappointed with the service, the branch didn't try to go the extra mile to assist me at the end of the day. I am an unhappy customer, and standing in the queue is the worst feeling. If this is the treatment we receive from ABSA, I'm speechless.
Responding to email is bad. It's difficult to get second quote when you've made a mistake for the first one.
BP Petrol station vosloorus, MC Botha. Waited 20min at the petrol station and just been told that other tank does not have petro. Only 2 at front has 95 petrol. No sign that shows that shows that the tank are not working. When ask the petrol attendant about the situation, he just answer me that question and give me a cold shoulder. I was disappointed.
My dad bought a Black forest cake today @ Pick n Pay, the look and the Standard of that cake doesn't seems to be the Pick n Pay Standard. Despite whether it is situated in the location it shouldn't look that. When I check the price it was very cheap. I never thought the Standard of Black foreste cake can drop like that.
My sister applied for UIF claim since August 2020 and hasn't received her payment even now. The Department of labour in Boksburg promised by now the payment will be released and she had to borrowed money from the loan sharks thinking by now she will have received her payment. Please can someone assist as she needs this payment, she used the money from the loan sharks to pay doctor's and going to the clinics thinking she had covid 19. Please, please she needs assistance.
Online services is misleading and the service is so bad. Pathetic. Where can I go to get my refund bcoz one of the branches example West gate mall told me that they dont work together. I called call centre and they give out an email address that one respond. Ive been waiting for my package since 21 April 2020. I want my money.
