Got e mail to say that Vodacom was to increase my Fibre? Phoned 082 1904 this morning @ 08h09 to inform them that I have a "2 year Fixed Term Contract and they cannot increase my fibre! The response from the woman was that Vodacom can in T & C's. I informed her that this is not right, and is she saying that Vodacom can change a contract whenever they feel like it? I asked, "What do I do Now"? Response "Do Not Know"????. I asked again and she told me to go to "Retention Dept" I asked her "How am I to do this, why will you not help me? Please HELP!!!!
So nice to go to a Wimpy to have a decent meal, With Great caring Staff & Owner, always making sure that everything is Fine and we are Happy. Happy and Friendly atmosphere. So nice just to sit and eat espec ially on a Sunday, and you really Feel Welcome. Thank you Russel & Staff
It was such a pleasure going to this business Yesterday. Met by Heleni, Fantastic Service and Very Helpful. Technicians/ Staff communicated in regards to the car, prior to Servicing, They knew what they are Doing. Thank you everyone.

2 Weeks ago went to the "Store Opening!" for the 1st time as pensioners: Items were not priced, and when we asked the staff at the food side for help, they just ignored us and would not help - Instead they carried on talking to each other. Also to get a manager of supervisor to assist, no one wanted to show us who was in charge! We walked around the store trying to get help - BUT TO NO AVAIL!!! The final straw - We had our Pensioner's Card, and presented it at the till, Only to be told," Sorry it is not on our system!!!?" Lastly did make contact with Spar Head Office customer Service, :THIS WAS NEARLY 2 WEEKS AGO????? STILL AWAITING A RESPONCE. How can you advertise in the Randburg Sun about Service and Care When it just does not Exist . Shame on you
Wow what an Experience. We went to the Lunch time Sitting, and to be totally honest, this a a beautifully Romantic Outing for my wife and myself. If you want time out and alone with each other, this is the way to go. Thank you Paul We love you. Mary-Anne & Cyril
Took my car to auto revolution mobile mechanics to have my clutch assembly replaced, was not under warranty, approx. 2 months ago & I have done less than 2000Km. The clutch is slipping AGAIN. Told Theo about it. His reaction, "Not my problem, I only did the work!" Yet it was his supplier. Went for a 2nd opinion and confirmed that the parts are "Shady", Work done was Shoddy. He could not care - Beware of him and this mechanic business
CAN YOU LOOK AFTER YOUR CLIENTS AND "STOP USING ELITE MOBILE" TO DO YOUR JOB AS THEY ARE LAIRS, CROOKS & THIEVES. They are giving you a BAD NAME - But I wonder if you really care, because you refuse to help us in our Dilemma!!
Phoned on 7 May 20 .to upgrade my contract phone?(Which is with Vodacom & NOT THESE PEOPLE) They are Lies, Con Artists & Thieves - What they talk about on the phone is "Not what is to be deducted afterwards" As they "Use Vodacom name" when Conning you on the phone, Vodacom was not interested in "Cancelling the Request on their system", as it was not done through them!!!!! Tried to phone them "Elite Mobile" back the customer care number - "No one answers?" Phoned Vodacom a hour after the call, only to find out that these Thieves put through amounts extra not agreed to on the telephone??? Beware of Elite Mobile, as they can assess Vodacom system and make changes without you been aware of this?????
