Active since May 2020
Telesure Investments came up on my bureau as an active account. Please remove this as I am not currently paying no such account. If could be a old account that has been closed as last payment reflects June 2020. PLEASE CLEAR MY BUREAU AND CLOSE ALL ACCOUNTS. I am not paying any insurance currently under this name.
I settled my loan a week ago and requested a paid up letter as I require this URGENTLY on the same day. The service agent told me that it takes up to 72 hours for the payment to reflect on their side. I called back the Monday (it was well past 72 business hours). The payment had still not been allocated to my account. The Wednesday, still nothing. Its frustrating having to deal with such service and to top it off, They never respond to your emails. After a week of emails...zero response. Its pathetic, please use another financial provider maybe Direct Axis as they are excellent with their service. Go where you money and time is worth, these people at Wonga dont respect it!
I called the support center as the line Im supposed to be calling doesnt work Wont ring, it just drops for almost 2 days. This was urgent because I work from home and moved into a new house and needed to be set up asap. A agent named DONOVAN was so rude and arrogant. The more Im telling him the line doesnt go through can he ask them to call me after weeks of emails. He kept yelling at me and dropped the phone. They are pretty useless when it comes to service. I dont recommend them as a ISP.
This store doesnt even deserve one star! THEY ARE SCAMMERS! Very efficient service when you want to make a purchase but once you start questioning where your order it, these people dissappear! NO WHERE TO BE FOUND, SILENT. 1. They dont provide any tracking numbers and claim to use PostNet. 2. They become silent once payment has been made. 3. Whatsapp is always off. The whatsapp number is stated in their bio on Instagram but it is never on. The direct call goes to voicemail. DO NOT TRUST THIS ONLINE STORE! I cant even give them the starts they deserve. So many complaints from so many people! I was a happy client and couldnt understand why these people are complaining. A few months down the line things changed. Our meter was constantly in a negative. Just eating people money. No consistency and inacurrate billing readings. Not happy and we in our flat are voting them out!
I made an online order of almost R1000 on the 25 April. Made 3 other orders after that and they have all been shipped but my big order just says ‘submitted’ ive bee emailing our ‘customer friend’ for a week no. No response! If your agents are working safely from home... make sure you have enough of them to attend to queries in time. I know there is a delay but surely your bosses are WISE enough to know that there will be an influx especially due to this lockdown, most shops being closed etc. AS SUCH A HUGE ORGANIZATION, monitor social media, see where your short falls are and what to expect from the public please man! The service at MRP has always been terrible I just never said anything about it. Its gotten worse. I want to know about my money, my order
