*** CELL-C lost a customer today – BAD Customer Service – Fibre Division *** Whatever you do, do not use CELL-C as a service provider for your fibre needs. I have had endless speed issues. I am paying for a 100Mbps / 100Mbps line – I am lucky if I get 30Mps / 40Mpbs. Cell-C sent out Vumatel (backbone supplier) – and we have confirmed that the speed directly to the PC with a LAN cable is 100Mbps / 100Mbps. The information and screenshots were shared with Cell-C whilst Vumatel was onsite. Every time I open a ticket with Cell-C – it gets closed, they ask for more information. I received an e-mail that someone tried to contact me on 000 000 0000 – who dials this number, when as an account holder they have my details. I have been battling for months. Cell-C refuse to look at the issue any further – Today they closed the ticket again. I signed up with RAIN – for 5G took 7 minutes – Sorry Cell-C, you really need to up your game – you have been charging me for speeds you cant supply.
*** Shocking Customer Service – On Flight booked to Australia One Year Ago *** We booked a flight to Melbourne, Australia for my wifes graduation ceremony, which was cancelled due to COVID. I get that we cant control the COVID issue. The problem I have is that Holiday Travel is not willing to refund us, or wont. They also wont tell us what the plan is with the outstanding money. I have been trying to get answers since October last year, unfortunately nobody responds. Do yourself a favour, book your flights your self, it is now worth the hassle of this company!!!!!!!!!!
*** Chatz Cellular – Zambesi *** NEVER USE THIS STORE We purchased an Apple I-phone for corporate use, we need a DEP number to activate the phone for corporate use………………….we are still waiting 5 months later, load of promises, no delivery!!!!!!!
We purchased an Apple I-phone through an approved Vodacom store. To activate the phone for a work environment, we are told that we need a DEP number…………………….Apple will supply me with a DEP number, as we did not buy the phone through Apple. Vodacom won’t change the phone as nothing they can do (according to call centre), time to close all our corporate contracts.
*******DO NOT USE THIS VET******* Nearly R3,000.00 rand for an overnight stay. This establishment is more concerned about swiping your Credit Card than about your beloved Pet. We thought our old dog had a stroke, we rushed through (it was a Sunday morning, so options were limited, and this is not my normal Vet). I went to reception, a nurse came to look, and said she was still breathing, someone will be out. Eventually we got her into a room to be examined, when the Vet on duty managed to put her cellular device down. The following day we were told we could collect her between 12h00 & 13h00, my wife got there at 11h00 as we still have lockdown, jobs, home schooling & food to prepare. Dr Singh had more to say that we were an hour early to collect the animal, than he was on the diagnosis of the pet. Dr Singh only arrived an hour later at 12h00 anyway. There are other 24hour Vets in the area, use one of them, it is less than 5 minutes form these guys. It is a business, and it`s run like a business…………………………………which is fine, but don’t expect any empathy if you take your loved ones through.
