My Inverter battery had issues, I contacted Geewiz and they immediately responded that they would collect, inspect and advise. Tumelo Molefe the person who assisted me kept me up to date the entire time of where and what they are busy with and regular correspondence via emails. They replaced the faulty battery and shipped the repaired device back to me.
After interaction with Tumeso from the company, it seems that they do not deem their product to be of great value for purchase. They constantly have excuses of why the product are not guaranteed although they have IT outlets that are selling their products with a so-called lifetime guarantee. they continuesly request proof of this and then that just to ensure that they are not
I bought a Volkano laptop bag, and it was supposed to have a lifetime guarantee on the operating system. After ± 1 year of usage the zips keep on opening. I mailed the company via the website on how they can assist with repairs but did not receive any response whatsoever. I will not recommend this bag and will surely not buy anything from their brand again.
We went to Bossa @ Tygervalley Waterfront, and had the worst experience ever. We made a booking well in advance for a group of 9. Because we had good experiences in the past at this venue, we had no reason to not go there again. Unfortunately, from start on we had bad service. We ordered our drinks as well as a starter, waited very long for our drinks and they forgot to bring me my drink. When the starters came no plates were supp**** and we had to request plates which still not were delivered. The starters (Gilopino Poppers) came but were cold. They brought us another plate of starters which were better but still no plates. We ate and decided that it will not affect us. We then had to call on the waiter to take our orders. Again, we had to wait for almost an hour before any of our food came and it was a simple order 8 burgers and one salad. When complaining to the manager he had no sympathy with my concerns. Will I ever go back or refer people to them, most definitely not. It is actually a pity as it is such a superb venue with great view.
I Bought a laptop bag from a reputable Computer company, with the intention that it would be a great product. Unfortunately, that was not what I received. I even send them a mail indicating my dissatisfaction and after three months I have still not received any response.
During our visit at the Day Clinic on the 16th of March 2023 from reception to the personnel working in the rooms, I can just say thank you for your excellent service delivery and hospitality. You are on your feet 24/7 without any complaints. Great work thank you for your kindness.
The greatest experience I could ever imagined from Chanel at Santam. I requested a comparative quotation from Santam and with the assistance of Chanel I received a very good offer which I could not decline. What a wonderful experience. I had an issue where an amount was deducted from my account, after informing the institution it took them only 7 days to refund me. This is why I will stay with FNB, they really look after their customers.
We just want to share an awesome experience with Nike Shoes / runners. We travelled through the USA, and through the UK with our Nike runners. It never gave me or my wife any foot pains or cramps. Whereas other brand name shoes gave us endless pains during our walks. Thank you Nike for an excellent brand and which are true to its promises.
My Laptop required repairs, I obtained a quote from Matrix Bellville. I had to pay for the part and waited 4 weeks for the part to arrive. They did not contact me to inform that the part arrived I phoned to enquire. I handed in the laptop on Monday 14th and on numerous occasions contacted them to enquire about the status. Not in one instance did they call me. Eventually they confirmed that the laptop will be ready for collection on Tuesday 22nd @ 14h00 I arrived @ 13h45 only to be informed that the driver / manager are still an half hour away. I waited outside in my vehicle and noticed the driver / manager arrived at 14h15. I waited for their call but received none, thus I went inside @ 14h40 to enquire where my laptop are. I was then informed that the manager only arrived now, they did not know I was sitting outside and knew the time he arrived. Please people before you even think of going to Matrix rather explore other computer companies as Matrix are not on standard at all. I have been without my resource that provide an income to me for more than a month. They did not even offer any other support or assistance.
