They are overcharging. For a parcel of 5kg I was charged close to R800 and when I requested it to be returned from Joburg I was told that cannot happen. Instead I will receive the lawyers letter. I don't think this is the best courier service to use They rob clients and not willing to negotiate.
Bed experience with the hotel, they refused to refund my money. Room that we were booked in was smelling of sewage. Hotel Manager was also rude.
I was given a room 7 that smells of Sewage and I decided to cancel second night and the manager said that I will be refunded my money back in 21days and that never happened. Only the receptionist and bar man that was friendly.
2019 MTN Open a contract in my name , 2023 December i noticed a big amount being deducted and opened a *****ulent case in January 2024, to date June MTN is still deducting the hig amount from my bank account and they are refusing to cancel the unknown contract. Bi weekly or twice a month Im calling their customer care and no one is trully assisting me. I feel ****** and them not being able to resolve my case im disatisfied hence i wouldnt advice anyone to make use of their services.
MTN South Africa opened a false contract number under my profile for 2 years, I logged a *****ulent case and I was promised that it will be investigated, and the money will be reversed back into my account. It is almost 6months and they have not resolved it instead they keep debiting from my bank account. Worse there is zero communication from MTN, regardless of all my attempts to contact them. Anyone who wishes to open a contract with MTN I won't advise so. Otherwise, you will be ****med by them. I am looking for avenues to open a *****ulent case against them.
MTN's accounting division Since December, MTN has ****** money from my account. When I checked my bank statement yesterday, MTN had been withdrawing R546 from my account—of which I do not even have one contract except from the R99 data contract I have for my child. I terminated my contracts with them several years ago, in part because of this. In addition to hoping that future clients do not have the same circumstances as me, I wish to pursue the ***** case. It's mysterious how they were able to access my account and modify my premium without my consent. I'm sick of this network robbing me and not doing anything about it.
Since 2015 unisa is owing me R4134, I have completed refund forms. Doing 2weekly follow up but nothing is happening. I will spend 20mins of my time being on hold . My experience with this institution is poor and they do not care about their students.
Secunda Clicks Phamacy, I called 017 634 2972 at 14h02 i was transferred to the phamacy, the lady decided to put the phone aside, i was holding for more than 7mins while they were busy talking about lunch and personnal stuff at 14h11 i decided to hung up. this is not the first time where i call clicks secunda and no assistance is being given.
In March 2021 i opened a claim thru i direct house contents after a burglary that happened in my house. Till now claim is still in process, consultant handling it is not even updating me. My neighbor who was using another insurance her claim was attended within a week. Personally i wouldn't recommend anyone to insure with absa they are very poor in service delivery. The consultat even came to my house and took pictures plus report from police n alarm response yet she it's over 3months no update
On the 6th of March i bought a gift card in Secunda Mall in less than an hour i forgot the card on the trolley, i went to report it at the store. They blocked and email was sent to giftcard@woolworth.co.za and i was promised to receive sms on Tuesday to collect another gift card. Nothing happened, 7 days later i contacted woolies and i was told to resend email to giftcard address, still no respond or reference number to update me. I have never seen a company that doesnt attend to customer request like woolies gift card department. this is the worst service ever, I am even starting to doubt if i will ever be reimbursed.
