I went to buy full chicken at soar la montagne,when i got home the chicken was rotten smelling bad and expiry day say 04/01/2024. I took it back the owner who apparently if finishing end of January didn't even bother to come and apologize instead he was just sitting in the office. This is disgusting and very disappointing.our friendly cashier went and check me the other ones which was also rotten.
I. Have requested a refund of R770.00 on the 20/11/2023 which they promised me to refund me in two weeks up until today they haven't refunded me,im even thinking of taking them to consumer protection, the reference is STABQE401 for Ncumisa Geya. This is an unacceptable client service,very poor I've tried today calling this no 010 822 900 and 078 878 6870 which is also a watsap no and they don't respond nor answer the call. Now when i watsap they dont respond anymore.
I've asked them many times to fix my long used log in which they said I haven't been using it so that I can open a new account,they have been telling me that is fixed but still cannot open another one
Best service ever , i took my ford wildtrack there for service the prices are reasonable and my vehicle was in good hands and in perfect condition. Staff very friendly and you get even a courtesy call to from the friendly lady Vicky to check if the vehicle is still in good condition.
i am currently renting an apartment at silverton charlets, and paying R6500 since day one i have moved in they couldn't fix even rails i have been staying in a house with no rails and paying them full amount no is been two weeks the toilet is not working and they dont care.
I BOOKED THE FORD DOUBLE CAP BAKKIE REGISTRATION HYF082MP FOR THE LAST SERVICE FOR 100000KM WHICH WAS THE LAST SERVICE PLAN AND DUE TO THE COVID-19 IT WAS OVER ON 101176KM, FOR THE 20\05\2020 WHEN WE GOT THERE THE LADY BY THE NAME OF TANYA DA SILVA REFUSED TO ASSIST WITH ATTITUDE SAYING IS OVER AND QUOTED R3965.25 AND SAID WE MUST PAY IT OUT OF OUR POCKET. I CALLED THE OTHER BRANCH WHICH THEY SAID THE GRACE PERIOD IS 15000KM WHICH IS NOT EVEN THAT, I HAD TO REBOOK IT AGAIN ON THE OTHER BRANCH,SO MY WORRY IS WHY ARE THEY NOT OPERATING LIKE OTHER FORD BRANCHES AND WHY ARE THEY USING THEIR OWN POLICY
