Was falsely put under debt review and after they listened to the call recordings they apologised for the inconvenience. Since last year February I have been calling and sending emails for them to remove me from debt review. Till this day I have not been assisted. I can't take out any credit because of this and it has dented my credit score immensely. If you get a call from Consumer Guard be careful. My life has never been the same again
I lost ny job in May and submitted a claim in June and again in August. Till now no one has bothered to update what is going on. I have been calling Better Sure almost everyday. I will be on the line for minutes and even hours until I am out of airtime. I have sent numerous emails with no luck. I was told they called and there was no answer when I actually did but to my surprise I didn't get a follow up call. So stressful because my house will be auctioned. This dealership deserves a zero. Bought a brand new car that had a terrible noise when accelerating. Reported the problem was told I can't drive the car. After numerous attempts in communicating a solution i wrpte an email to the manager and salesman. Only then I was told to bring in thr car for a diagnosis that took 2 full working days after which I was told nothing was wrong even though a little birdie told me the workshop manager asked how this car was released to me in this condition. I left the car at the dealership trying to handle the case thoroughly the Ombudsman since the principle dealer refused to take the car back stating I have signed a contract and obligated to pay for the car.
I want to give it a zero. I have had an issue with a faulty car that I bought earlier this year took it back to the dealership waiting for outcome of the case with the Ombudsman. They demanding that I pay. When I try to explain they tell me about clauses and laws. Over and above I had requested a call back from them when the car was released and they never called. Now I am expected to pay for a car that is not in my possession with no room for such cases. The WhatsApp channel is terrible. The call centre agents are worse. When I requested for a call they buzz its literally rings for 2 seconds and dropped. If I am lucky I take it and it's dropped before I can say hello. Cartrack with ****ty service
I would actually give it a zero. Service is ****ty and full of ****. The customer service is worse. When I asked for my deposit I was billed for things that I had found there that were not in good condition and were never taken care of. I am extremely ****ed
I have orders dating far back as April haven't even got a delivery. Tried calling phone always rings goes straight to voicemail, on whatsapp they answer when it suits them. And I cant even get my money back from the 9 orders that I made. I am really irritated.
The rating should actually be minus 5. Their meters are inconsistent, when you lodge a complain they take forever. Its been two days they have not returned any of my email.
