Perfect Dealz
Order PD45561 Place order on there website on 6 Dec. My order is still processing!! Phine this morning and guy could not help me. Say something about a coerier. Can they please answer me when I can expect my delivery for already paid item! I will never order anything from them again. Very poor service.

Dialabed
Place online order on 29 Nov at Dialabed. Till today nothing was delivered. After many calls, emails and whatsapp I spoke to a Thbiso today. He told me all the King Koil Kamala queen plush beds was received damaged!! This is extremely bad service from them. Will never buy from them again. I want a refund so that I can buy elsewhere before family came to visit!!! Order 2000211545. Thanks

Extremely poor service
Very bad after sales service. Promise me my refund about two weeks ago. Still NOTHING!! Everytime I received an email saying refund was processed. NOTHING. Dont trust these people. Its time to take further steps to Report them.

Merafong municipality
Received speed fine. I pay this fine using Fines SA On 3 May 2024. Still receive same fine from paycity. Try to phone Merafong traffic department. There is absolute NO ANSWER! Latest about this fine is tt they will summons me in Fochville court! Can somebody there just react then I will send prove of payment. Fine no 20/67181/250/134632 Thanks Celeste

Netstar poor service
Want to cancell a contract. Get no help at all. There service bot dont accept cancellations when you try to use 10. Customer service dont answer after 20 minutes! No email replies. Only automated email telling they will come back after 2 days. Now about 8 days trying. Can Netstar reply.

Place order 11 May 2024. Ordeted 4 items online. Received one wrong item. Ordered gas braai but receive gas heater. Send it back. Still waiting for my refund! Get no abswer from these people. Only they are working on it. Can somebody at Makro help.

Bought a bunkbed from mrp home. First I wait nearly 3 weeks for delivery. After delivery I contact mrp help. Pay R250 for assemble. Still waiting for assemble 2 weeks on!! Very poor service from mrp home and city logistics. Can mrp home HELP?

Laat die voete klap patetiese diens
Bestelling is geplaas 25 Sept 2021 en tot vandag nog niks ontvang nie. Alle navrae aangaande bestelling word geignoreer. Absoluut swakste diens ooit!! Buitendien oortree hulle die verbruikerswet en kan aangekka word. Persoon met wie ek op whatsapp gekorrespondeer het is Bianca. Vandag weer navraag gedoen maar kry net geen diens nie. MENSE BLY WEG. Die produkte is goed maar patetiese diens. Daar is wel ander aanlyn winkels wat soortgelyke skoene verkoop wat mens eerder kan ongesteun.

Poor service from EDGARS
After my last review on Hellopeter Edgars responded eventually and tell me the warehouse will get my order ready. I am still waiting for a tracking number from Edgars. Order was placed on 11 May and it is now 3 weeks of waiting!!! What is going on with Edgars?

Truworths service non excisting!!
Place a online order but something wrong with website. Cannot get passed address page. Try to contact them but no abswer via email nor call centre! After I read complains about there pathetic service I Will cancell my order instead and shop at places where I can have service.
