Surf4life is very bad to think I paid my fibre on the 27th of March and it didn’t connect and I logged calls with then and it took them 3 weeks to send out a team and after their team left the router is still not working it’s a month now without connection on my fibre and this has cost me R1000 of data which they don’t even want to reimburse me, I’m not happy with this company🚮
I would like to write a review about iKhokha specifically on the service I received from Thembeka,she was very helpful and kind and I got to list all my problems with her and she managed to solve them all whilst I was on the phone with her😅Keep up the good work Thembeka👌🏽
The experience was so easy and my query was resolved very quick they even went an extra mile by promising to call me back the next day and indeed Siddarth called me back to check if my query was resolved. I give them 10/10 for their good service 👌🏽
Nedbank insurance is kak,I registered a claim for my geyser since the 23rd of February till today my issue has not been resolved .I've spent R300 of my airtime calling them and had separated with R3000 for my water bill because my geyser is overflowing everyday they don't care the claims service consultant Prudence Vrede has never contacted me.I'm actually changing it and before changing it I'm,I want to report it to Ombudsman Nx!
I will like to share my experience I had with Virgin Active after the lockdown when I wanted to return to gym I was told that I'm owing R2300 and I was surprise because to my knowledge I taught my gym account is still frozen and can only be activated when I literally go to gym for the first time after lockdown.There I was goint to gym and I'm told I'm owing R2300 because they opened Aug 2020 so from then they started charging me and I was surprised how do they charge me if I didn't go to the gym and to my surprise again because they're the ones that froze our accounts and it's not like I was reversing payment when they were debiting. So basically It's not my fault that when they were told they can go back to business they didn't debit,if they debited I was f=going to be alert that oh gyms are opened because they started debiting and I was going to call them or maybe go to the gym to ask them to freeze it or carry on gyming so I'm saying I'm not going to pay the amount the say I'm owing and I need to go back to gym Asap they need to clear it because with their other members they're taking 50% of the monthly payment and they just started debiting them 50% but with me I'm told I'm owing for three months which I never even went to gym and I never reversed any payment from them.
I will like to give compliments to Simphiwe who works at KFC SkyCity,we weren't treated fairly our order was messed by but he made means to make sure that we live happy whereas the supervisor Winfred and Zanele gave us attitude when we asked for a straw they just closed the window on us before we were even done ordering.So Big up to Simphiwe he even gave us Dunked wings to show apology.
I'm not happy with the nedbank building insurance.I've logged a claim on the 3rd of October for a burst pipe they send out a plumber same day to come and fix the burst pipe, it was a concealed pipe in the wall so the plumbers had to open the wall in order to reach the pipe. You'll not believe it if I tell you that my wall is still left unattended till today I've been calling them their call center will just tell me that there's a contractor appointed but they don't even make means to follow up with the contractor to find out if they've been to my yard or not.When I call them and want to know whose handling my claim they don't tell me.Their service sucks man!
I'm at it again with Supersonic today,router not working I can't work I've been calling their call centre for 15th time already but no help I've spoken to several agents even one team leader even took their name down,I've recharged R100 already it gets finished when I ask them to call me some promise to and some say they outbound systems doesn't work no alternative made so that they call me back and assist me they all ask me one thing when I call them even the so called team leader Trevor is useless the phone cut while I was explaining my story to him my Airtime got finished but he never made means to call me back,now I'm stranded without Airtime I can't call them back and they also not calling back I'm still not assisted I can't work because the router is off.Last week when their router started doing such things same thing happened I called them 100 times and I wasn't assisted I had to pack up and go and work from the office for two days until I wrote to Hellopeter that's how I was assisted, I think the only way to communicate with them is through Hellopeter,even now that I wrote my experience to Hellopeter then they're going to call me.I'm seriously fed up I need a reimburse of my Airtime of R200 already counting from last week I cant go in like these!!!,I still say buy anything from them at your own risk they're so so bad nx!
Their call centre Agents sucks I've called them 10 times today in need of help for them to unlock my router because a simple thing by changing the address from one place to another. To request assist you have to call more than 10 times that all your airtine gets finished and when you request the agents to call you back they don't,I spoke to this Agent by the name of Natasha I asked her to call me back because I was holding for long and my R80 airtime was almost finish but she didn't which is unprofessional.I hope you don't do business nor buy anything from them trust me it's easy when they sell something for you wait until you have to call them asking them to activate it,you'll spend another R100 to R150 of airtime trying to get them to assist you,wow I'm fed up they must just come take their router.
