Terrible experience, luxury rondawel not as advertised, filthy bathroom on arrival, dirty old shower that leaks, broken aircon that leaks water all over, broken kitchen cupboards, unfriendly staff, bad customer service, no communication, not worth the price paid, cigarette buds and dirt infront of your unit and everywhere on the grounds, not all facilities available to everyone booked there as made seem online. Will never waste my money there again. Overcrowded pools. Just bad really. Paid more than 3500 per night. And did not see any value for being there.

I visited Vodacom Tyger valley on Friday 25th for a new contract, the sales guy told me my application needs to be processed because of my surname change, he told me I will get feedback on the final outcome of my application the next day, the next day I visited again with no luck I was told to wait until the following Monday. A week later no answer. I called in the Thursday to speak to the manager Neville, and with great disappointment the manager shouts at me over the phone telling me my application was declined and I was told about it, I kept telling him I was not informed, regardless I asked him about why the application was declined, he bluntly tells me because of my surname change, at this point I was already upset and decided to end the call with him. I then called the new contacts department and was advised that my application was declined and I need to wait 60 days before reapply, when asking about the reason for the decline, I was told there is no clear indication why. So basically I just can't take up a contract. I have been grossly mistreated and unfair customer treatment, I lost out on a good deal available for that period and nobody at vodacom wants to take ownership to assist me with my complaint. I'm basically being prejudiced against because I changed my surname. They apparently have no arbitration process where a person can review the application manually. The just turn you away. Very bad service. And I will never recommend business with them.
Thelma from Kosmosdal branch has displayed the most professional and empathetic service at Miway, she willingly assisted me during these hash times to review my policy and get some relief when i really needed it, i commend her for her kind and gentle spirit. continue to do what you do because you make a difference in peoples lives!
Bad bad bad attitude of agent Monique hattingh. She shows no interest in helping or assisting with buying. Does not discuss detail, refuse to give offer and very unpleasant person.
