No communication no people to answer phones. Not fastway and suggest not using them. if you cannot get hold of them how are you supposed to track your parcel Very Very bad courier service, they like phoning a government institute and never answers the phone
Dotsure is so *********** and bad insurance never ever deal with Dotsure.
On Friday 28th of February i was in an accident. I was travelling on Albert street in a southern direction and when i got to the crossing on 10th a vehicle skipped the stop on 10th and hit me on the left. Long story short i immediatly contacted Dotsure to arrange to be towed. AA got hold of the towing agency and gave them instruction to take the vehicle to Ispray, then i checked my netstar tracker and found that my vehicle is in a different location as to where the towing guys showed me where they are taking the vehicle. The towing agengy advised me that they were instructed to take the vehilce to proline. Monday 03.03.2025 i started phoning proline to find out what they heared from Dotsure regarding the assesment and they informed me no one from Dotsure has phoned them yet and they need to know who will asses the vehicle. I phone Dotsure three times and no one could give any feed back regarding my vehicle. I phone again on the 04.03.2025 and spoke to a senior consultant who informed me that a claim form need to still be completed. Since i logged the claim on their website on saturday 01.03.2025 no one has informed me of the status of my claim. Do not ever deal with Dotsure insurance they are *********** and only want your money but do not care when you really need them for your claims. I have never ever had such a bad experince with any other insurance. Then they promise you that you do not pay acsess but do not fall for it as you will be liable to pay the autobody the access that they deduct from the money they pay out - *****s i must say.
I bought Rebel Adventure safety shoes and are very disappointed in quality. I have worn it now for about a week and a half it has annoying squeaky noise when you walk. I mean for the price it is not worth it sorry.
I went from contract to prepaid, while i was on contract a paid additional data. I was transferred 3 x times to different departments. The prepaid lady was so *********** that she wanted to transfer me to the contracts division, I was told that because i went from contract to prepaid, i forfeited my data, that is bull**** if i paid additional data that is data that does not belong to MTN as i paid for it. Very unhappy with this i am now looking to cancel all of my contracts with MTN
I paid my account full on the 25 of August the consultant gave me an amount of R7711 which i paid in full. now they said i must pay the full amount as the amount was only valid for friday 24 of August. I have never seen anything like this when an account is settled with an amount then it settled never dela with Colecta of Unify they are a bunch of *****s
Dear MTN, I am writing to bring to your attention a recent issue I encountered with MTN upgrades. On Thursday, July 25, 2024, I app**** for an upgrade on one of my numbers. Initially, the consultant declined my request due to credit vetting, despite my consistent record of paying my accounts on time every month. I expressed my frustration and mentioned that I would consider canceling my contracts as they finish, given that there seemed to be no point in continuing with MTN. Subsequently, a second consultant contacted me and managed to get my upgrade approved. However, this morning, July 29, 2024, I followed up via email to track the delivery of my upgrade, only to find that MTN had not approved it again due to an internal issue. I received an SMS stating that my credit check was paused pending additional documents. This experience has been highly unprofessional and frustrating. According to Debt Busters, a consumer cannot be declined for an upgrade if they are under debt review, as it does not constitute a new contract. I urge you to address this matter promptly and ensure that such issues do not recur.
Today i bought a hamburger at Delforno Weltvreden Park. I am so dissapointed in the burger it was mushie and way too much sauce i've never in my life tasted a burger so bad and for the price you pay it is a *******
I joined Debt busters in July 2023. My account payment went off every month as per normal. I lost my job in August 2023 and continued paying till end of November 2023 when i asked for a payment relieve for December to February. This was granted by debt busters providing i know that the credit providers can cancel the debt review on their side for no payments received. I understood and hoped that the providers allow it. I havent heard from Nedbank ever since. Until they started contacting me for no payments and threatening me to seize my assets. Debt busters according to nedbank cancelled our debt review. I got a snotty letter from Zilungile that i must get in contact with Nedbank and make my own arrangements to pay these accounts my self. Good day, I trust this email finds you well. Please be advised that the Nedbank account***9755 and home loan account***1601 have been terminated under debt review due to default. Please note that the account defaulted after the payment break from the 20/12/2023 to 27/02/2024. The above missed payment has not yet been made up for hence it accumulated arrears. Kindly note that instalments are a month-to-month obligation and failure to comply will result to accounts being terminated under debt review. We kindly request that you contact Nedbank on 086 010 9279 to obtain arrears for the account as well as the banking details to settle the arrears. Please send us proof of payment so we can request for possible reinstatement. We will continue distributing funds to the account as we have been as long you do not miss payment.
