Ridiculous and absolutely ****mer tendencies. I went to the Dr for flu, I was asked pay copayment which I am used to but this time it was twice as much as my normal co payment. 3 weeks after the visit (oh by the way they gave me NOTHING but a dr’s not a prescription) 3 weeks later I got sent this to day I am owing this amount , whats the point of medical aid if I pay full price for my consultation????????
This isn’t my first disappointing experience at this KFC, I once waited 30 minutes for just mash and gravy. Today topped it off, we ordered an oreo crusher and it came looking extremely brown with a block of ice cream, when I returned it the last apologised and said they used the wrong sauce they added a chocolate Sunday sauce hence it was so dark and clumpy, they’ll fix it and return it back to us. When it came back it was just milk and ice, horribly so. We literally got to the car and couldn’t wait to throw it out because a gallon of milk was added and new ice which made the taste worse than it was. This was extremely disappointing and honestly the second experience wasn’t a shock after the mash & gravy
Terrible service, they respond to their Whatsapp 5 hours late or barely respond. So frustrating, so unfprofessional.
Absolutely horrifying service at Bob cuts Edenvale. I arrived at 15:00 to do my nails and left the salon at 19:30, the staff drinking, the lady at reception is so unprofessional, loud and does not accommodate customers at all. After waiting for so long for the nail tech who was doing only 1 person, she said she is tired and I must return back the following day to which I said is impossible due to me leaving for another province. Its day2 and my one nail fell off💔💔💔💔💔I am extremely disappointed even in the way those girls carry themselves, the braider one who had brown braids currently even said theres no way she will cover her drink for customers , don’t they know they drink, its not for customers its for the brand. The receptionist I have no words for, she is sooooo loud,swears , I don’t know how many times she was off her desk to the liquor store at some point she said to her friends she doesn’t get paid enough so she dgaf🤨🤨all of this should be spoken about when we not there. What a horrible experience my word

The one star is alot,If you’re considering ordering on Avo stay away completely!The service is **********, I have had such a nightmare dealing with them. I’ve never experienced this much incompetence, this is shockingly awful for a bank like Nedbank👎🏾I placed an order for a fridge on the 20th of November, I called in to follow up, an extremely rude consultant told me the delivery date is the 13th and I should wait for that. Theres been NO communication inbetween either, today is the 13th still no update or sign of delivery. Assurance or updates on delays go a very long way with customers , I can’t believe this supershop is still in operation 🤢🤢the staff are so nonchalant even when you ask for updates. Extremely disheartening!!! I will discourage ANYONE who attemps to even try use this,no one should ever have to go through such a headache for their money. This was awful!!
My delivery finally arrived, horrible quality,face printing the stitching is even off!!! Disgusting communication from the WhatsApp line and they do not answer calls. R950 down the drain the jersey is so **** looking, I hate it
Ordered a jersey on the 30th of Seotember ,recieved no shipping or tracking number. I have been making follow ups myself, today when the delivery is expected to be tomorrow (which marks a full 13 business days) they telling me that there is shipping delays, no eta NOTHING. When I try call they hang up the call. I ordered the jersey because I needed to have it delivered for a Birthday that is on the 19th of October, the responses on whatsapp are non-chalant , they do not show any remorse whatsoever. This is so dissapointing .
Stellar work Takealot, this isn't the first time and I thought I must send a huuuge shout out once again. Ordered my mom's airyer on Monday and estimated time for delivery was Wednesday, just recieved the airfryer and its not even midday yet. I asked for a quotation for a garage door on the 6th and made payment on the 9th of July 2024 at Builders Warehouse Newcastle KZN,sent all proof including proof of payment to Thabisile Mashinini, she acknowledged reciept and payment and I sent a follow up email notifying her that I would do pick up for the item,sent another follow up email today to ensure she’s reminded that this is getting picked up tomorrow the 19th of July to MY suprise. I was transferred to so many users,the last lady ended up hanging up the calls and they’ve been ignoring them since then. I kept calling and eventually she says she couldn’t help so she’s transferring me to Sanelisiwe, Sanelisiwe says that Thabile is in hospital and as a company no one has access to her emails in this instance. I sympathise with her health sure but a company as big as builders cannot seem to access emails or be able to check payments by my reference? She refused and said she is unable to and will try get assistance tomorrow,I asked why can’t she proceed and they release the door if the POP I foward to her as well she said she needs a builders card still. This was an extremely frustrating experience, builders needs to have better processes in place. You cannot tell me if one employee is sick work stops completely and you hang up client calls and inconvenience them as much as you did to me today. This is unccalled for and very distasteful, you need to have more than one person on accounts or give access to people to check payments by name/surname/email.
Upset is an understatement I called Vodacom to purchase their fibre deals. I told the salesperson that our estate has a partnership with Vodacom and asked if this is affiliated to any discounts of sort she confirmed that it is and instead of the fibre being R599 it would be R299 for 12 months and back to normal pricing should I wish to continue. This girl was quick to just close the sale, **** and I have worked in telesales there for I asked if calls were recorded because this sounded too goo to be true, she said they were and gave me an email address of the department that deals with the recordings, she **** throughout the process. My first deduction came and it was R599 which I wouldn’t have taken and now it is still R599 and I emailed her so many times, she disghustingly doesn’t care post-making her commission, she hasn’t responded to SO many emails I sent when I called vodacom today the lady I spoke to confirmed that this was all a lie and a method to get the sale that wifi deal is R599 regardless of me staying at Stone Arch Estate. I am extremely angry and want to cancel my contract with this brand, you guys hire ****** that are ********* even in recorded calls!!!!!!
