Nando's Plattekloof branch in Cape Town is incompetent. I have ordered from this specific branch mutliple times over Mr Delivery, and every. single. time. there is something wrong with my order. They just do not read the order properly!! For example. I order a quarter chicken, I get chicken wings? I order 2 quarter chickens, and only 1 arrives? I order coleslaw, and it just is not included! These are only a few examples of the terrible experiences I have had from this branch. Please train your employees because I've wasted so much money here and just not received my items or gotten something that is wrong! I will never order from this place ever again.
Constantly harass me asking for payment. I got called 4 times on Saturday by Mr Price Money department, and every single day for the past month. I sent proof that I paid my account but I'm still getting SMS threatening me with the credit bureau. They literally never respond to emails - I think I have sent close to 20 emails to all addresses available and still have received no response. It's seriously shocking. Their insurance agents also try to trick you into signing up with insurance plans. Such an annoying company to have an account with.
They don't pay you when you do work for them or they only pay extremely late.
I submitted my application for an online diploma in November 2020 and paid my application fee. It is now March 2021 and still have not received any response on whether they have accepted my application or not. UNISA basically wasted 3 months of the year for me that I could have spent working towards my future. I followed up with them multiple times and received no response. I have now began my studies at another educational body which has much better service and actually care about their customers. However, I would actually love for UNISA to pay back the money I wasted on the application fee that they have no interest in responding to.
NANDOS' PLATTEKLOOF: I usually love Nando's, but the Plattekloof branch needs and overhaul and some training for staff, PLEASE. I have ordered delivery multiple times from this branch and at least 7 times, items have been missing from my order. No one contacts me back to reimburse me or anything. There have also been multiple occasions where the order was wrong and my ordered items were replaced with random other items. This is probably the worst branch because they continuously get orders wrong or just don't put in the items you have paid for. It's not just one occasion, it is MULTIPLE times, way too many.
Pestering and annoying unsolicited spam calls daily. I never bought anything or ever had any communication with this company EVER in anyway, yet they somehow have my personal number, which they obviously purchased off of some kind of illegal shared database without my consent. I get phoned multiple times daily by this company and their telemarketers, even though I stopped picking up ages ago, they still keep calling. This only started after I signed up with my new medical aid, and now Mobicell and a bunch of other companies keep cold calling me. Purchasing numbers from databases, where I never consented for my number to be shared with, is illegal.
Why force customers to go through PharmacyDirect? I think it is totally unfair to force clients who are on chronic medication to go through a specific supplier, instead of a supplier of their own choice, just to get their medical aid to pay out. Forcing people into situations for Bonitas own business benefit. Please consider distancing yourselves from this terrible company PharmacyDirect. Do you not read the reviews on all of their pages? I have never experienced such appalling customer service in my life. They are actually risking peoples' health with their incompetency. Another thing with Bonitas is their sales agent promised me when moving from my previous medical aid that one of my chronic medications would be covered. Now when I come to Bonitas, they say they won't cover it because it is too expensive, but the generic does not do the same thing. Very cheap and not looking out for clients' best interest but rather what is least expensive. Don't promise me one thing and then not deliver.
Kauai Tygervalley Mall is just the worst. Staff are so unenthusiastic. You wait 20 minutes for a single smoothie every time. Last time I visited, every item on the menu I wanted (at least 5 items I asked for) were completely out of stock. They only had one beverage option in stock. Staff totally unapologetic and laughing, left me standing there for ages.
