We had a incident at the canal walk branch and brought it to the attention of the franchise. The response to our incident was prompt and really emphatic. I will definitely be back. Not only for the food which is delicious but because of the owners Rizwana and her husband really showed true customer service In their engagement and how you are treated in an establishment can really affect whether one would return or not. So big ups to this duo
Outstanding service from Damian at Baby City Tygervalley. He patiently and expertly explained the baby wagon I was interested in, then went above and beyond by offering help with the rest of my shopping. His professionalism, genuine care, and willingness to assist me all the way to my car truly stood out. Damian is an absolute asset to Baby City and deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service. I will definitely return because of him.
I have been struggling since the 20th of July 2025 to get my son's medication of Fycompa increased dose approved. Upon calling on the 25th to my disgrace I was advised that they have alot of work and I should call in if it's urgent even though the auto reply advised of up to 3 working days. I have been making multiple calls to get the increased dose approved and doctors have sent in everything they requested. I've begged shouted pleaded as going for days without is medication could result in him going Back to status epileptic state. Dear Gems . His seizures are back due to your lack of urgency!!!!!! I'm beyond frustrated that medical advisors who are clinically skilled cannot see The urgency. Sort this ****ing out !!!! since the 20th!!! And it was only seen to because I called in !!!
I was in a bit of a sticky situation and the agents escalated the situation to see if they are able to assist and they really came through with solutions. Other companies would not have been so empathetic to my situation but outsurance really put a mom's mind at ease with their assistance and accommodation

Your products are pricey and I save to be able to afford it and having it damaged with half of the product having leaked is disappointing. I hope you can help resolve or replace. I ordered 2 uncle waffles burgers in the KFC app. I got a call advising they are out of the sauce and if it's okay that they could provide the burger with the zinger sauce. I said okay as I'm excited to try something new. Food is delivered and I'm given a ****ing bun no waffle and bun looking like a crunch burger. I want to be reimbursed for KFC bishop lavis cape town for ruining my experience.
I am still waiting on a follow up call on my query. I was under debt review and they could not locate my payment and they were never allocate even though my debt counselor provided comes and leased with tfg with my staff account. I got fed up and paid it myself. With a balance of just under 100 left or u might have paid it. To my shock is back up to nearly R3k could someone please get this sorted as you guys are preventing me from my paid up letter and expect me to pay and account for the 3rd time. I was contacted after my last review promising to investigate...that was last year please guys this is ridiculous

I've been back and fourth with nedbank transferring me and giving me numbers for my medxpress card that does not work. I have paid the account whilst under debt review and have been struggling for years to get hold of the department. Please can someone get hold of me to sort this out as the call centre keeps on giving me numbers that does not work this **** has been going on for 2 years! 2 freaking years to get some sort of resolution so I can get my clearance leterr but you guys are taking me on a round about and I'm fed up
To my utter disgust I am paying more than expected due to the lack of compitance in locating my payments made to my tfg staff account. Whilst under debt review a dispute was lodged as to the payments going missing and apparently not being allocated FYI all emails between tfg and the debt review company I have record of and I ended up paying on my own. To this day I am sitting with a huge balance once again. I want this kak sorted all my payments made under debt review to be allocated and a final balance provided!
