Hi , I want to lodge a complain about the steers Ultra city polokwane in the same premises with KFC ,ultra city south N1. The treatment i got there when I ordered food in the morning of 14.04.2024 on Sunday. i wonder if the management or steers company do they address hygiene with their staff cos I was left speechless with what i saw happening there or even department of healthy they don't bother them selves with people's hygiene. i ordered a toast with coffee but these guys that are preparing customers food they were using their hands not even wearing plastic gloves when they prepare our food i was not the only customer at shop and one guy came from the back at the kitchen he was busy picking his nose while another lady walks in carrying my toast with hands not even in a plate or tray she threw it on top of the stainless steel table where the same guy who was picking his nose was busy with our orders. No sanitiser was used. The food was prepared for other customers by use of hands without gloves or a tong to pick the tomatoes and other things for burgers. When I went to collect my coffee on the other side the other lady spit on-the serviette in front of us and put that tissue into of the counter where they put sugar. Is this a norm to the staff and management because about 2 years ago same incident happened and I phoned the shop the following morning they promise to come back to me nothing has happened. Even the food they gave me today I didn't eat, with everything I’ve observed I had to throw it away because It was incorrectly done from what I requested including my cappuccino because they told me they prepared it with microwave.I'm sure I’m not the first customer to complain about the stores hygiene. Advice to other people to not even consider No feedback on progress on my vehicle 3rd day now App is pathetic, I couldn’t put claim through No contact number to call until i had to check with a car dealer for some number Stranded with no car but pay for courtesy car on my premium No clue where my car is. I have applied for a phone since July, vodacom is rejecting my application. My credit score has been poor due to covid challenges and short pays. Now i have recovered since May and have given proof of all my paid up bills and also a letter to show that my new employer has given me a phone allowance. However vodacom is still discriminating me. Please help, i need a decent phone to perform my work duties and do not have the cash to purchase a phone.
Bad experience with Michael Makole at Jaguar landrover Sandton. July 2021 i bought a car from Michael. A week of getting the car i had to return it because the spare wheel rim was faulty, then immediately notified some chipping on the front tyre. This is after getting it and supposedly thorough checks were done but missed those important things. Then later i noticed that the front sensing camera was loose and returned the car to them to fix. I then reported some chipping on the roof wrap and he organised a repair they have on contract which i have been waiting to come fix the issues for over 2months with no avail. I have now contacted Michael Makole and i have been received by utter ****iness from him, he has told me he is a specialist and they cannot help me. They can either remove the whole wrap or i will have to pay for it as it is an accessory, which ny the way i bought it as is and that extra has been built in the cost. I know this because the car i traded in i had paid for colored leather seats.as well as panoramic sunroof and know for a fact the next buyer has paid for those somewhere in the cost and needs to get them in good condition. With the whole host of other problems i have had since i bought the car and the condescending behaviour from Michael Makole in his responses to me. I would not recommend the dealershop to anyone. This is to express my frustration with the distasteful service kfc Meyersdal staff offers. Not once not twice have i experienced bad service there but manier times. A recent case in point is of the 02.12.2020 where over 9 cars were in waiting for over 30minutes with no one taking orders. Until one customer got out of their car to check what the issue is as no one from inside was coming out to alert us on anything. The customer was then told the restuarant is closed, had he not asked we would've been there for longer with no one coming to communicate. My issue with this is that there was no sign of closure, doors were wide open, nothing barricading drive through entrance to give indication of closure. Yet the attitude we were given to atleast do the courteous thing and inform us from the beginning that they are closed. 30minutes and 9 cars later, because someone asked only then we were told , with horrible attitude if i may add. I wish someone can do something about that outlet otherwise that business will eventually go down. Highly irrate customer
My old aged mothers medical aid has been unfairly suspended. Her pension pay out date changed to the 4th and her debit goes off on the 1st. When she called to communicate that to a discovery call centre, the agent told her they can debit on the 10th, but she has to pay double...why? They still did not debit and when she went to a discovery office in Port Elizabeth, they wouldn't let her in, saying that she needs to make an appointment. Now she received a message saying that her medical aid has been suspended. This is a woman under chronic diabetic medication and can need to be urgently hospitalized any time. Does discovery and its agents not consider such cases and exercises some kind of sensitivity. How is a pensioner expected to pay twice in one month when she is communicating that her payment date has changed!!!!
Terrible experience, i want them to take their device and give me my money back. Since the device was delivered , i have not been able to connect. I have logged numerous calls, only automated replies saying an agent will call. Nothing until now. I would rather deal with the service providers we know that have actual human beings to talk to. RAIN is a skeleton company with no one, you are on your own. Whoever wants to try them out, i advise you...DON'T Frustrated new customer
