They are the worst fibre ever one can ever choose,haven't had network for 3 weeks now,you call and still no assistance from them,everyday they escalating your problem. I literally paid for nothing,only got to use it for 1 week and don't even respond to emails. People should just stay away,it's nonsense fibre
I went to shoprite gold spot money market for computicket services after I purchased tickets online and was told to collect in store.I went on 23/02/2026 and the cashier couldn't print out,she then went to ask her supervisor/manager they then called computicket to assist but we didn't win,was then told to come back the next day. 24/02/26 went back and found a different shift,was worried but service I got was excellent from both cashier and manager. The 4 ladies took their time to assist me even called computicket on my behalf and had patience throughout even when there was a queue. May they keep up their services 🙏
A week later after review they said they are investigating while I was never even called,then 3 weeks later,my matter has been escalated till today,*****sters still trying to find a loophole but clearly failing to find one yet they will debit come month end for a device that was removed 2 years ago
For full 2 years I have been paying for a tracking device for a car I no longer have. September 2023 I traded in my Kia Rio and had informed Cartrack since I was still under contract with them,I was then told I had to pay R800 and something of which they did debit on the 4/10/23 for them to change the device to a new car. Technician came to install tracker and I assumed the process was done was then advised to log out on the app and then log in again,then new car was updated.Cartrack continued to debit R269 of which they last debited on the 27/09/25 weeks before had received smses that my contract was expiring but didn't pay attention to it because they have been debiting,only when I wanted to activate carwatch and my account was no longer available. I then called them only to be told I have been paying for the car I traded in of which they had even removed their tracker from,till today no response from them been getting it has been escalated that time I have been paying full 2 years for nothing since apparently the tracking device that was installed to my Kiger it was from the dealership not the DNR or whatever it is. Literally had been ****med full 2 years by this nonsense of a company.
Prices are insane honestly, they have a tendency of increasing premiums instead of decreasing them,whether you claim or not,who literally pays almost 3K for Kiger,does it make sense to them to increase for a car depreciating daily,they are ridiculous shem,time to cut ties

Hi last week I woke up with capitec money out,4 times from pay just now,went to capitec to report ***** of which capitec did but now only to find out it's puma store at fourways crossing where I normally buy because I work there,clearly stuff has been taking advantage of customers and *****ing them their hard earned money,now it's managers are not interested, probably them doing it together. I went to ask for my money,they asking how sure are they that I didn't take the shoes,how did they see me in that shop . People must stay away from fourways crossing puma,they are ******* mxm
I was at mall of the South yesterday, was at checkers to buy Huggies nappies which was on sale, I couldn't find the size I wanted, so me and my partner were talking to go look somewhere else, we didn't ask anyone, we assumed that they were finish since they were way too less, so fortunately the lady that was packing soaps heard us and asked us to wait 1st so that she can go look for it at the stock room, she came back with them ND asked if she can assist with anything else. That was definitely great customer service, she really made our day, I wish we could have more of people like her, I just couldn't get her name but her service was amazing
Very rude and disrespectful staff member, they said that it's Phathu, she has a blonde short hair, that lady has bad attitude and thinks that she owns that post office for some reason, we had an alterations and wouldn't even listen to her colleagues when reprimanding her. Please remind your people that they wake up to offer services to clients daily, not that they doing us favors for doing their work. We cannot be begging people to Renew our license disc like it's for free. She needs to change her attitude it stinks. I am still angry even today. Incident happened on the 29th of October
Worst service in total. I bought 2 sets of Nike for my kids, same Colour different sizes but no I was given only 1 correct item, the other one, it was wrong size, wrong set even worse. Requested for an exchange it's 2 weeks now they still coming to collect the wrong item, made follow ups but still nothing. Why are they selling things that they don't have
