I'm very disappointed in the packaging they used when I brought a slice of cake from Mugg and Bean Jean Avenue... They placed the cake that I brought in a white form pack which was not even closing proper... The lady at the teller just instructed the guy that was cutting it to close it with a seal sticker... And the guy was about to press on the form pack to forcefully close it...😧
I was leasing out at one of the elegant line flats in Potchefstroom. I moved out on the 31st of October..After signing the documents I was informed my deposit will be in by the 15th..On the 13th I received an E-mail from Mathapelo Mataboge stating that she has attached a lease agreement.. she would appreciate that if I could sign it and send it back.. but the subject says non-renewal.. I am confused as to how am I requested to sign a lease agreement instead of a cancellation. I tried calling the office wanting to understand the issue..I was informed that Mathapelo went out, I called at 14:00 same day I was then informed that she did not come to work. On the 14 of November I sent an E-mail trying to reach out to the member however I did not get a reply from Her. I Then called the office again on Friday the 15th of Nov, I was informed that Mathapelo is not in the office she will be back on Monday. I then called since mother till today they are not taking my calls. I need an urgent response on this matter and my money deposited back!
I'm very disappointed by the service rendered by Vereeniging Hungry Lion.. on the 24th of December I went to Hungry Lion in order to utilise the Coupons I have won with Vodacom.. I had R600 worth of coupons..however when I arrived there the teller was willing to assist but a lady I'm not sure if she's a supervisor there came to the front to inform the teller I cannot use more than two coupons and with attitude.. My question is.. why is Hungry lion partnering with @Vodacom if they know they cannot render the services?...
I called Jet last week regarding the account that I closed about 2 years back, the account is payed up but still reflects under my credit check as open. I went to the store to close the account but seemingly it is still open. Last week I requested for the payed up letter, I was promised that I will receive it the same day or the following day but I never received it. The problem now is that when I call they hang up my calls..
We called several times since last month due to burst municipal water pipe.. clean water is being wasted of which other people need water.. The response we received is they are busy somewhere else and they will get back to us.. till today we hv been calling and there's no response..
Finally the company had delivered the Hair and I’m happy with the texture of the hair. In Order to rectify what had happened the company promised me that they will provide me with 30% off on my next purchase and also they will dispatch the order on time to avoid what happened before. Looking foward to doing business with them.
I’m very disappointed in this hair company.. I brought Hair in August 25.. Still today I haven’t received it.. They keep on making excuses that they will send the tracking number.. Out of all now it seems as if they blocked my number because my calls are not going through.. If they can’t deliver, I want my money back..!
Pathetic Service I settled my loan account on 13 May 2020 with direct axis and they still debited on 15 May 2020.. i requested that the money debited to be payed back and the account to be cleared as i have settled it, even today it's still reflecting. For the past weeks i have been calling them they are making excuses of i haven't sent the necessary documentation for them to reverse the money and close the account.. I sent all the documents and still i'm not getting any joy because i can't even reach customer care.
