Sometimes I don't understand MFC how they operate, they just debit money from my account without my consent, someone just called me and being rude to me and said we are going to debit certain amount when I ask she didn't explain properly I said can you go back and find information and then call me because I don't understand what you're saying then she start to say we will debit it , so because I can't stop them whenever I have cent in my account they will always debit my account whatever amount they want without proper explanation this is wrong can someone assist me where can I lodge complain or which ombudsman can I contact because this is abuse. I don't like what MFC is doing to me , THIS IS WRONG AND ABUSE STOP IT.

I am very worried about cartraker, i have been receiving the calls from different members of cartracker telling me that my car is in danger because its a high risk car and it was Jammed twice, when i try to request them to tell me when and where was my car jammed they don't want to disclose that information and they always instill the fear to me, i feel like my car it will be taken at any time, because i receive a call today, the lady she said to me if i am not taking their warrant or extend they won't be responsible with recovering of my car if ****** and now i am confuse why should i pay for their device and she even tell me that if you cancel you will have to pay cancellation fee of R 2800.00 which i think they're using it to abuse me. it is not safe to protect your property with cartracker, i am now doubt if maybe they're working with ******** or so.
I am very disappointed by the way MFC Nedbank, handling my debit order ,they just debit any time they want before the agreed date and when I called them they said the was information that was circulation of early debit order ,which I didn't receive ,I don't understand why this MFC operate like ****, they're employees their very rude and have less information or lack of explaining their actions. HAVING FUNDS IN MY ACCOUNT DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD DO AS THEY PLEASE. IT'S VERY WRONG.

Prime meridian south africa it's not safe to be insured with, since I have lodged my claim last year their not responding or giving me the feedback atleast they will tell you about the management who are not accessible,the only thing that they're good about is to debit your money but when you need them they play hide and seek,it's very tiring. Cannot encourage anyone to join this kind of insurance if you don't need stress in your life never ever try.
Good day citizens, I would to make you aware that MFC operate as ****,after they funds you they will call you and offer you different insurance once you listen to them you're ****med. Someone called me from MFC offer me service plan and warranty even though still have warranty and he said it will start to debit after the end of current warranty towards after our call I called to confirm that it will start after the end of current warranty he said with that I don't know that's when I realized that something is not right cause you can't offer things that you don't have information with and decided to cancel, however they still going on with debiting my money because they have power to do that these ****mers. PLEASE BE AWARE OF MFC IF YOU HAVE CHOICE MY ADVICE IS DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FINANCE IF YOU DON'T WANT PROBLEMS.
I am not happy with Wesbank ,they called me regarding the registration of my car papers because there was money involved and advised me to pay them so that they won't do the registration process for me and courier my car papers only to find out that the courier they send they didn’t delivered my paper to the provided address they went to the nearest police station and return back with my papers thereafter I called wesbank they advised me to go to the nearest fnb branch to arrange the papers to be delivered to the branch which i did the person who was assisting me she was rude and her voice was down to the point that i was struggling to hear her but i tried to be patient because i have paid my money already after our conversation she send sme sms which is not clear what's going on and I am afraid if my papers won't get lost. I don't think it's advisable to do business with wesbank they only care about money and rude to their client.
Good day, I didn't know that King Price Insurance was a ****. I made a quote with them and agreed to insure a car that was still with the dealership; however, I made a quote with other insurance and got a better offer, and I informed them about the changes because of the cancellation, and it was not final authorized, and the person I spoke with promised me that he would make a note and cancel. Guess what King Price debited 2523.54 yesterday, which caused an awkward moment for me and more cost of calling and requesting a reversal for me. It clearly shows that this insurance you cannot trust. Note: Please do not try to debit my account again without my consent i have enough things to stress about not your ****mers. ****M ****M ,RED FLAG
I have brought my car to ford Gezina for service on 29 December 2023 and they promised me that all the problems had been resolved I can now drive safely only to find out that same problem I have handed over my car for still experiencing it and now the car it's leaking the water I had to buy new antifreeze while the charge me a lot of money for the water they said it's the recommended one , the car is still popping the light message of engine service now and reduce power which they promised that it's fixed it won't do it again However the car it's now worse it seems like I was taking it to ford to distroy it not fixing,when I brought it back they're telling me about more additional cost on top of the money I paid,all they care about it's money not the service because i shouldn't complain about these problems if they did proper work
