One the most unprofessional company, They don't even deserve the 1 star. They said my order was out for delivery today and I waited the whole day for nothing I then decided to do a follow up call, I was told l should wait until 18:30, 5 minutes after the call I get an sms saying could not be delivered
Vodacom the thieves network gota call to upgrade my contract on the 11th of this month and I rejected the offer, they still went on and upgraded my contract without my approval and add value added services to it and now been getting a hard time canceling my contract, it's a big inconvenience for me never ever take a contract with vodacom you will definitely regret it. They do not even deserve the 1 star rate, it's no go area. Please protect yourself and stay away from their contract!!!!
Last year January 2020, I received messages from Cell C. confirming a contract is being opened under my profile I went to the Police station to get an affidavitI went to my nearest Cell C branch (Midrand, Carlswald ) to enquire on this matter. The guy who was assisting me scanned my documents and said things were fine. A few months later I went to Cell to follow up l was told there's no contact, matter has been resolved. I was surprised today after being declined for home loan applications due to SAFPS listing which was done by Cell C and after struggling from call to the next l was told to l need to do an affidavit and send ID With all the disappointment from cell c l went and made another affidavit again, still never been assisted. The least l request from cell c was to send a letter to SAFPS stating l was a victim of fraud but still could not be be assisted. I'm really disappointed with cell c, they service is very bad l couldn't recommend anyone to use cell c. I need this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, because I need to apply for a student loan. Because of this fraud against me I have been put in bad light I need this matter to be resolved as soon as possible, because I'm currently busy with a home loan for a home loan
I had 2 contracts with them. One was due to expire November l called to cancel the contract November l was told it will be cancelled by December, December the contract was still active, on the 1st of December l called to cancel again l was told it will be cancelled by January today when called l told my contract was never cancelled, THE BILL HAS BEEN OUTRAGEOUSLY INCREASED!!! and no one from vodacom is willing to resolve issue l get transferred from one consultant to the next until the line eventually hangs up . I'm very much disappointed with Vodacom I'll never advance anyone to take a vodacom contract it's a trap!!!
I have a policy with Lipco Law For all and I will not recommend them to anyone. They are unprofessional in what they doing. I have put in claim on a particular case. They gave somebody((Sixolile Clive Mshweshwe) help me with my claim, till to date she/he does reply to my email ,the only communication I got was in request for my contact number from there nothing and when I call no one answers the landline
Absolutely the worst service ever, do not buy or take your bike there . I bought two bikes from them One of the bike was constantly having break down while it was new but they always lied to me me saying it was a lose connection. I took the second bike in for check up last week since its also giving problems, they did not attempt check it l fought them before they would check it, they they told me the engine is damaged warranty won't cover the cost. I asked why am l getting quick feedback now that l said l want my bike back the owner said they see a mark on the engine it will cost +-R45000 to repair, when l wanted to see the mark they talking about l we told they haven't opened it yet and when l asked how do they make such a conclusion he said l should give them Monday since it was Friday afternoon to check it. Monday l decided I'm taking my bike l don't want them to check it anymore so first thing in the morning l asked my brother to fetch it since I was at work. He said they took long then usually the bring the bike by the parking ti be load only to find out the were deliberately messing the bikes wiring loaded it to bike with the battery not connected when my brother asked why the battery not connected they said there charging it since was low. When l got back from work l connected the battery to check it only to find the bike is constantly caster is constantly ON before turning the ignition. They customer service is really pathetic l wouldn't recommend anyone to them
