Ek was eers onder die indruk dat AfriSkuld dalk meer jou skuld konsolideer, maar hulle skuld berading is in elk geval tans beter. Ek moet sê dat die stigma van skuldberading definitief verbeter het oor die jare. Marisa is 'n ster duisend, ons het met mekaar gepraat asof ons jare vriende is, gelag en ernstig met mekaar gekommunikeer. Afriskuld ek skuld julle vyf sterre!
I really wish I could give Samsung 0 for no effort to protect wearable. I lost both my watch and ear buds, the one moment ot was still available on my wearable app and the next moment it is gone. Somebody stole and remove it from my account??? How is this possible for a company that could easily protect themselves during the riots by factory locking all Samsung Tvs for their insurance purposes, but can not even prevent some thieve to remove items from a registered Samsung account? Pathetic response from technical to say it can and will happen, worst customer feedback. Samsung you have lost a client forever.
Worst customer service experience I every had. Order 1437065 was purchased online and when I was on the 29th of November called to say they dispatched the order, nothing was mentioned about collection days or times. On 6 December I received a call to say my order has arrived and I can collect the following day after 16:00??? I had to arrange collection and when my collection guy arrived on 19 December by the warehouse the security said they must come back the next day??? Every collection is delivery, an option I was not given on checkout by the way. I spoke to the manager at @home Bloemfontein and she said I can collect on 20 December, yet another collection fee by my third party. I want to have a fill refund. I will never purchase again.
Pathetic internet service provider. No internet after loadshedding this afternoon. They do not even answer when called to explain the situation. Definitely going to cancel first thing tomorrow.
If I could score a zero or even a minus star, I would do it without hesitation. I bought a Defy 621 stove on display at full retail value almost three weeks ago at Hi-Fi Corporation in Bloemfontein. After I spoke to the sales person and explained that there is no oven racks/shelves in the stove, he reassured me that before they start wrapping the stove up he will insert them for me with the oven ban Defy provides. The Sunday we went to fetch it and at home discovered that he lied to me and there is absolutely nothing in the stove. Called and spoke to the salesperson, he suddenly told me that Defy does not provide display ones with anything inside but I reminded him that I paid full price. After speaking to the supervisor and then the manager, I still do not have any use for the stove without stove shelves and therfore defeats the purpose of having a stove. Either Hi-Fi Corporation employees are stealing stove shelves or Defy is providing misinformation regarding their products. Sort your people and give me what I paid for.
I went to the Langehoven Park, Bloemfontein branch to despot some loose cash. I inserted my FNB card, PIN and the cash I wanted to deposit. The machine processed the payment and then suddenly it returned my card and started to restart/reset. I called the 080 011 0132 number at 12:36 on 08 August 2021 while waiting at the ATM. The operator advised me that I need to return at the branch during operating hours to claim the money. I will not do this since I actually have a job and can not just step out to get my money back that was taken by FNB due to FNB's technical challenges. Please forward the relevant forms for me to get my money back.
