This is the worst place to deal with , they have incorrect records they fail to do there work and hand over quickly if the attorney can trace me why did the admin or accounts department no do there work, furthermore they expect you to pay legal fees for them being lazy. They are rude and inconsiderate lazy people who are doing the admin, they have no logic or rationale. They failed to contact Milpark as tehy have all my corrected details. Dr's Nay & Piccolo please get people that understand the accounting process and can apply themselves correctly with there work environment. As a patient we would have to select who we would want to treat us to avoid this situation, why is that all other service providers at Milpark Hospital have the correct patient details because admissions update the records so i am surprized that Dr's Nay & Piccolo dont verify these important details. Furthermore Van Ryns Attorneys want to charge you legal fees for them handling the matter its like everyone want to just take you hard earned cash for themselves due to *********** work ethics.
Its more than a year ago I requested CEll C to cancel my contract after it expired . I went to Cresta office to inform them of my cancelation request I was at Mall of Africa I contacted there call centre and instructed them to cancel the data sim card. Now they telling me I am using the line when I don't even have the sim card I gave them instruction that no calls are allowed and no excess billing is allowed when I took out the contract they have been billing me for more than 16 months now they billing me for call usage on watsapp. I don't know if the rentions department is stupid or don't they know how to run there business. The worst service , pathetic liars from the receptionist who says people are shouting at her when you ask for a manager they just keep you on hold and your never get through, had breakdown thursday i was assured teh sun and the moon and now 3 days later nothing has been done. no answer no call back from anyone, tHIS IS POOR SERVICE, HOW DO THEY PRIDE THEMSELVES IN TERMS OF SERVIEC DELEIVERY WHEN THEY ALL HAVE ATTITUDES. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH.
Poor Service delivery, Customer Service & Accounts. In August VA contacted me informing me that my account was in arrears , I normally pay my membership 6 months in advance to avoid the monthly debit orders and charges, I gave the agent the go ahead to debit my account for R600.00 and of which the transaction was approved from my bank , 1 September gym membership was debited which was rd, October membership was debited November membership was debited , December membership was rd., So since October i have been speaking to VA i sent proof of payment which they informed me that my proof on my bank statement was not legible. it was only up until 02 January 2022 that they addressed my payment which has been finally allocated after 5 months of calls and over 30 emails. I requested a statement of account not received, I also requested 5 months free membership in lieu of inconvenienced caused due to none use of gym because when I went to the gym they informed me that my account was in arrears now imagine when i have paid the account so I don't like to be embarrassed I just waited for VA to rectify the account , I was given 2 months membership in terms of the Debit orders. but i wand 5 months more , I cannot be explaining my situation to everyone in the employ of VA and they don't action my request. The fact of the matter I was not breach of my contract, VA is the liable party as they did not allocate funds timeously. All that I require is my statement of account my 7 months free membership for inconvenienced caused (currently received 2 Months due to debit order)
Motorvaps service delivery is so poor, When you require an authorization it takes the entire day, if claims are from a dealership they fall within the aforesaid cover plan. Shy would it take more than an hour or several hours to approve a transaction. When you call them you wait up to 25 mins on a call you are luck if they answer the calls. If they are truly service driven and are customer focused clearly they would need to improve on there systems, Sales department will sell you a policy but when it comes to claims they reject or impose penalties, So as a consumer we are always at a loss. On Tuesday 06 September I had approval issues Its Friday, 09 September I am still waiting for approval, MOTORVAPS YOU DO NOT VALUE YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME OR MONEY.
I had a problem with my insurance which was billed in error I contacted the admin and spoke to Timothy. He took up the matter and addressed it however internal process was approved but he was consistent and communicated to me what the problem was.
Working conditions of health care workers. How can reputable organization place there health care workers in camping tents exposed to the cold weather in Johannesburg. It was extremely cold and they are barely equipped with heaters .They are not protected against the elements hence they are frontline soldiers doing screening etc. I would love to see a director in those make shift tents and ask him if this humane. They are exposed to pneumonia and other respiratory problems. Can we please respect our health workers with dignity. Come on CEO's do the right thing.
