I order from Shein and my parcel always arrive before the expected date. But in future I wish they would let me know a day before hand when they will come cause they only called me when they were 2 minutes away from my house. But overall loved the service
I lost my device about 2 weeks ago now I'm finishing week 3, I called and sent emails to register a claim but I can't get hold of telkom, I called and stayed on the line for a whole hour with no answer i emailed the insurer but my emails return, now I'm beginning to even think they'll even reject my claim cause they'll say I didn't claim in time.. I've never been so disappointed in telkom this much.. I think I'll cancel my contract and move to another provider Can anyone assist me with their correct contact details..
Thank you Samkelo, I called in about 2 weeks ago on a Sunday, I had just Toped up my account on SuperSonic website, seems like there was an issue I don't know with what but, my payment went through but my top-up was not successful, I called in to query the matter. Samkelo, advised me to email the POP (so I did) He didn't mind waiting on the line until he had received my email in order to allocate to my account.. Though all this took both of our time, Samkelo held on (LOL) until i was satisfied with the transaction.. Thank you Samkelo, The company needs more people like an outstanding service with a positive attitude to assist clients. I Just had a claim registered with their cell phone insurance Friday, i must say, i do call everyday just for a follow up, and the consultants are great with service, very patient and informative. I am happy to say Nonhlanhla and Hazel, should continue flying the MTN Yellow summer flag to every other client like they did when they gave me their exceptional service. Thank you MTN for bringing up great consultants like these...
Awful service,rude and stubborn consultant..everytime I have a problem I have to stay on the line for a minimum 45 minutes before someone can assist me.. on whatsapp someone replies to me after 1 hour at least..this provider has cost me a lot of inconvenience. I wish our complaints would be taken serious
