I was contacted twice by Tyme Bank to apologize for the inconvenience only to be told that there is cards available at PnP 4th Avenue Newton Park. When I went there a day later, the PnP lady said there was no cards in the machine, so if she didn't tell me that, then my 3rd R70 would of been taken off. We are still waiting for the other 2 x R70 to be refunded. Very disappointed with Tyme Bank. If it wasn't for getting the extra points which is connected to PnP then I would have closed this account long ago.
I tried to renew my card at the Tymebank kiosk at Pick n Pay, Linton Grange, Port Elizabeth. It cancelled my card, took R70, and then had a "problem". Tried again, same thing happened along with another R70. Then it said the kiosk is unable, I must try another kiosk. Went all the way to Pick n Pay, Baywest, and again it couldn't print a card. Apparently this kiosk hasn't been working properly for some time. So, now I'm sitting with a blocked card, no virtual card because it wants a pin from my new card, that I don't have, to set up. Shambles and unacceptable. Very poor. At a different bank I could just walk in the front door and get a new card sorted, but now I'm stuck. Very frustrating.
I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone - As their excuse is that they have back logs with shipping, which to me is absolute bullsh*t. One's business can not be so busy that it takes 11 days to ship...
I am absolutely disgusted with the "NO SERVICE" I receive from a company that sells perfume and other beauty products called "Scent Link Africa". I have sent numerous WhatsApp messages to the number on the site and I see they are online, but don't respond. I have sent emails as well to their email address on the site and guess what no response. I have also contacted the so called "Call Centre" number only for it to ring and then go dead. I was then told that the courier guy will contact me when my parcel was delivered at my pargo pick up point and guess what I have not received a call, but according to my tracking number on the pargo website it was delivered yesterday at 140pm. I go to the pick up point and the people there say they have not received any parcels (I went at about 440pm). Is this company a **** and if so I suggest NO ONE buys from them
I have been twice to the Mugg and Bean at Metlife Plaza and both times were told that the Vouchers / Subscription was not working, so my question is why has this not been sorted? This is my closest Mugg and Bean in Port Elizabeth and have bought my subscription which expires in one month, so is this going to be sorted in one month or not and has it been reported?
I was very pleased with the help I received from both Ursula and Charmaine. There was no waiting for responses when questions were asked. And within a month I have received my Court Order. It is onwards and upwards from here. Thanking you guys so much :)
I am highly disappointed that I fell for this **** of a company. The red lights should have flagged me when THEY started asking ME for money to have a lawyer to draw up papers, and then money to have my bank account verified and then money so that if I get retrenched / die etc they are covered. I have contacted them again and they advised that because I have "broken" the contract they are refunding me after 21 working days. We are sitting on day 11. Now my question is - has anyone had the same above problem and secondly has anyone gotten their money back from these *****sters. I am waiting for a total of R5480 on the 31st of October. Hoping and praying that I get it back (God will punish them), because of my stupidity I've had to scrounge around for money to pay at the end of the month and I'm STILL short of R300.00 to pay for my amenities etc.
I really hope this is the right company - SAVVYSAVER - The app that you can download for free for the shopping you do. I am extremely disgusted with the service from this company - I purchased Laager Rooibos tea on the 5th July - uploaded my till slip and on numerous occasions asked them to credit me with the 800 points (R8.00) that is due to me. But NOTHING. There is no human interaction on the WhatsApp NOR a Bot - I sent them emails, Facebook messages and NOTHING. I have also withdrawn my R100 on the 19th July and Have NOT received my message to say I can go and withdraw, which previous took a maximum of 3 days. They were so good in the beginning like everything else and now they suck. Now I hope that other people are experiencing the same problem so that this Company can wake the "F" up and give me (us) what we are owed!!!!
I'm extremely disappointed with MTN. I was accepted on the 24th April for a month to month deal - R249.00. Anyway they required me to pay R307.10 on that day (24th) and sent me a payment link to make payment, which I never did, as I hadn't received my salary yet. Anyway a gentleman called me on Tuesday - 02 May to say that I must make the payment of R307.10, so he then sent the link again to me, but unfortunately my online limit was R300.00 at the time, so payment was rejected. I saw they provided an MTN Standard and FNB Bank details, so because I couldn't use the payment link twice I paid into the MTN FNB Account, with my reference provided. I received an email from customer care now saying that they can not pick up my payment with the reference I gave. BUT I attached a Proof of payment to the email. Now I want to know where my Router and R307.10 is sitting. Everyday that goes by is a day that I am missing out on data. And to get hold of someone is IMPOSSIBLE. Helpful my ass.
