My son was discharged from Hillcrest Private Hospital, there is a shortfall which i need to claim from my Gap cover. I was told the Hospital account takes 14 working days to send out. Today has been the 17th day and I've still not received it. Jemima said she would escalate to billing today ,I asked for urgent feedback today and haven't received any. Absolutely pathetic. Is Hillcrest Hospital going to pay my shortfall on my specialist account in the mean time? Pathetic
I've been waiting for 17 working days for my account from Busamed Hillcrest Private Hospital. Discharge date was 16 May 2025 . This is unacceptable and I've been in contact with accounts who now are apparently following up with billing department. Pathetic. I need to submit my account to my gap cover and this is out of sla.
I ordered a set of replacement lenses for my Oakley sunglasses , was kept up to date through out the whole process and very happy with the service received.
Since 27 June I've been trying to get a Audiologist claim processed for R545.90 , keeps rejecting because Speech Therapy which is supposed to fund from PMB funds from day-to-day benefits. Everytime I phone in I'm told they need to re-adjust & correct the day-to-day benefit but for the 3rd time now the claim keeps rejecting because the day-to-day benefit is not updated. I'm at my wits end .
On 7.4.2024 I made a purchase at Totalsports for R1851.90, I belong to the Balance program but the Bankmed App , Active Gear section was offline so I was unable to access my discount of 15%. The minimum discount I should've been able to received was 5%. I couldn't see if my health questionare of heal assessment period had expired which would give me 15% off of up to R2000 at Totalsports. I phoned Bankmed Balance today , Xolelaa confirmed the Balance app has had a system issue, i explained my problem & said I want a refund of the % discount I am entitled to which should be R277.79. Their policy is they don't provide cash refunds as it's an upfront discount. Not my problem the app was down. I asked to log a complaint & received ref 872465311. I could view my Dischem benefit % yesterday but nothing on active gear. Why should I be prejudiced because of a system issue?
I had the pleasure of dealing with Philani at Totalsports Gateway on 7 April 2024. I was looking for a Asics Cumulus 25 on sale. He quickly got back to me regarding the shoes availability, when I got there he was very friendly , energetic , knowledgeable and cross sold to me a shoe protector. Great service all round. Another lady that also assisted me at the till was very friendly and helpful but I forgot her name.
I re-ordered my NQF 5 Higher Certificate in Banking & on 12.12.2023 Lorraine Hina confirmed my delivery address. Still haven't received it. E-mailed her as well as support@milpark.ac.za ref CAS75073 B3N1X6 to follow up with no replies. Phoned the Milpark call centre last week , was promised Lorraine will give me feedback in 10 minutes , no phone call. Spoke to Graduation dep today was told they would escalate for me. Sent a message to Milpark on Facebook today at 9:29 am , got an auto response with no reply as yet.
A claim of mine was sent for manual processing on 26 June because it was originally rejected,I was told it would be paid. After numerous promises of payment dates until now 22July it has still not been made. Absolutely pathetic service
