Dear Diners Club Customer Service, I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience with Diners. On 23 September, I phoned to request a settlement amount to close my account. The agent provided the amount over the phone, and I asked that it also be emailed to me. However, I never received any written confirmation. On 26 September, I paid the amount as confirmed telephonically. Despite this, on 27 September, I received another email requesting payment. I phoned again on 29 September to find out what was happening, and the agent informed me that I still needed to email a formal closure request — which I then did. Unfortunately, I have received no response since then. I am extremely disappointed with this level of service. I have made the full payment, followed all instructions provided, and yet my account still appears to be open, with no feedback or confirmation from your side. Please confirm in writing that: My account has been closed; and There is no outstanding balance or obligation. I would appreciate a prompt response to resolve this matter. My Card: ****9018
Was looking to get 5G Home 100mbps contract. But when click on adverti*****t from Facebook the price change to R699 from R449 adverti*****t. Request someone to phone, then he cannot help. This is false adverti*****t
I cannot believe how I struggle to upgrade my contract. I used to have R299 (Were the overchange met with R42 everymonth) So I paid R341 every month. I wanted to upgrade to the R499 100MBPS with router but it does not allow me. An Vodacom agent phoned me on the 23rd of November and he also could not get it work On the 24th of November still nothing. So I struggled. I tried on the 24th a different contract and then it went through On the 25th they phone me to confirm everything, Then I said I want exactly the other contract, so the agent says she cannot assist she will get some to phone me. NO ONE PHONED ME. On the 29th of November I phoned and the person says no I cannot get a new contract because of the upgrade. If I know that then I should not upgrade at all. I am still waiting for the phone almost after 2 weeks. Not happy the overcharge me with R41 per month Luckily Telkom gave upcapped, but I would prefer Vodacom as I always had good server since 2003 but I think it is time to move away
I settled my Edgards account in 2022 where I asked to close it. In March 2023 I got a letter of demand that I owe them suddenly for a some subscription. I asked to send it to me the details as I still not get. Have no idea what it is. I paid the FULL amount and phoned them to close my account. Now I receive again a payment of something. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET CLOSE AND MAKE SURE THEY OUT OF MY LIFE??? Loved to use Edgars the stores are great, but since they moved to RCS they are useless I will stop buying from them because I pay for something I still don't now why
Worse service ever received Went last in July 2020 to dentist that I always go. Me and my wife went on the same day. In February 2021 the I received a letter with lawyer cost for collection. I phoned Discovery a couple of times and then they never come back. Now they said the dentist was suppose to put it through again, but now it is to late. From R540 now I must pay almost R5000. It is like they do not care at all. Been with them form 2011 me, my wife and both my kids. But I think for all the years my contribution was not enought

DSTV is overcharging me after I agreed to be on pricelock. I phoned the callcentre several times but they never come back to me. This is really bad service.
Hi I just want to know why can I not see the Rugby world Cup on my DSTV. I mean it is World Cup. Every year when there is other World Cups like Soccer it is available. I am really unhappy with DSTV and I will not recommend to anyone if there is nothing going to happen. You also going to lose me as a customer as soon as my contract ends.

<p>I went to Standard Bank today. They helped me to replaced my debit card as mine was almost expiring. The friendly lady also send me to another friendly lady that help me with my online banking. She also mention that I can use the mobile app.</p> <p>I installed the app later that night and linked my card, after I did that I received a call ********** 00</p> <p>Then they confirm with me if I install just now Standardbank app and linked my card.</p> <p>I was surpriced to get that call. I feel very happy and save with Standard Bank after I had a big problem with Capitec Bank. Where they blame me of fraud after someone transfer money into my account on the 25th of December 2016. So now I have a blocked Capitec Card with debit orders that surpose to go off.</p> <p>I was always happy with Standard bank, were they was my first bank since 2005. I did not know why did I go over to Capitec Bank. Standard bank app also looks very nice with both my cards linked. Credit and Debit Card.</p> <p>Thanks Standard Bank for all the good years with you and I am sure for many years more.</p>
