I want the application canceled and my first payment refunded, your company has too many bad reviews and I want it stopped..please reverse my debit order
I purchased a One Step 3in1 hair dryer on the 7th June and collected it today 12 June at the Hilfox warehouse, I decided to open the hairdryer at work, while opening the package i noticed the box seemed a bit damaged and it was re-sealed with cellotape, i opened the box to find an oily brush with hair all over it, now how on earth did i receive a used HAIR brush. come on, this is such an inconvenience, driving to collect the package and experiencing this. i logged a refund and requested a replacement, but now i cant even change the collection address i had to reschedule to date for collection, can someone please call me to urgently resolve this disgusting query on 078 562 9723
A consultant called me on the 16th or 17th of Jan i advised that i have just moved into a complex and apparently the previous tenant had WIFI, i was advised that the previous tenant needs to cancel 2 - 3 days before they vacate as the it takes this long for her to be removed from the system, im now being told that it will only be cancelled with the previous tenant by the 28th Feb, i have called and even tried applying again this needs to be resolved urgently, im already a week in the place and still no WIFI.. I have requested for a settlement letter yesterday morning..its 2 business days later still nothing..im worried as i seen many bad reviews stating they waited for months..please can someone contact me urgently regarding the settlement letter for a store card and credit card..
I ordered a pizza online today 2021/07/23 at 7 this evening.i paid online for the order..the delivery guy pitch up at my house and refused to give my order stating that i need to pay first..i showed him my online receipt which shows paid and my online banking..i demand an urgent refund..this is not the first time this has happened to me..
I Am very unhappy with the service of this company, it seems like this is not a legitimate company i took out a maintenance plan with you guys, i took my car for a service with VW today, they have trying to reach you as well as myself and we are unable to get hold of anyone, you guys have been debiting my account for over a year. Now i see that Oakhurst moved to Dotsure, what the hell is happening..??????????

Good day Policy number : 615188182 Please note your consultants called me to take up a policy, she took all my details i remember in the call she advised that i need to approve a debit order, and she will call me back to activate the policy, in July the debit order went off, to my surprise! I reversed the debit order in July and Then again in August the debit order went off..I did not officially take up the policy and want a refund immediately, SO you want to take R529 from me assist with cancelling the policy i did not officially take up and tell me that you cant refund the one debit order that you took, you are stealing peoples hard earned money. I received a call from a consultant today 2020/06/18 the consultant advised i was pre approved for a laptop deal, i asked for options as i was interested in a laptop, I took up the Lenovo laptop for R279, she said sped through the terms and conditions and she got to a part for me to authorize R159 and R60 and i advised her i do not want any value added products, i just want to pay the R279, she persisted and numerous times told me i can rest assured that this funds are included in the R279 that i will be paying, i eventually agreed, I receive an email after the call and to my surprise my order is showing a total of R498 per month, AFTER I TOLD THE CONSULTANT I DO NOT WANT VALUE ADDS, So your consultants are just there to make sales, to hit their targets. I want this contract cancelled IMMEDIATELY!!!! This is was very unethical, there was no honesty and integrity shown in this call. Please can a consultant call me urgently to cancel the contract.
