I regret to share that my experience with Happy Family Dentist was disappointing, and I would not recommend this practice. I initially visited Dr. Willanie for a root canal, a filling, and a tooth extraction. My first two appointments went smoothly, but within six months, I began experiencing significant pain in the same teeth that had been treated. Concerned, I reached out via email to request a follow-up consultation. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my dental concerns, the response focused solely on payment—stating that our previously agreed-upon payment arrangement was no longer valid and that a 12.5% monthly interest would be added to my outstanding balance. Additionally, the practice delayed submitting my claim to my medical aid by approximately three months. My medical aid had confirmed coverage for the full amount of R3,582.00, but due to the delay, my savings were depleted, and I became liable for the full payment. Despite this, I had been making consistent monthly payments as agreed. Dr. Willanie’s response was not only dismissive of my health concerns but also accusatory and unprofessional. She made unfounded assumptions about my behavior and withdrew the payment arrangement based on those assumptions. I found this approach to be both inappropriate and lacking in basic client service principles. After this experience, I had no choice but to seek treatment from another dentist to address my ongoing dental issues. This meant paying for a new consultation, updated X-rays, injections, and having the same filling redone on the tooth Dr. Willanie had worked on in January 2025. It’s been incredibly frustrating and disappointing to be out of pocket again for work that should have been resolved properly the first time. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism—especially when dealing with medical issues. Sadly, that was not my experience. I’m sharing this review to help others make informed decisions when selecting a dental provider.
I am so unhappy with Telkom. Have a tablet contract with them. I pay my bill manually every month. Now they are charging me extra debit fees of over R220 per month! And they also blocked my sim card/service that I pay for every month! This is ridiculous and unacceptable! Emailed and phoned Telkom numerous times and they can't assist me over the phone. I will never ever get a contract from Telkom again!
Good day, I am very unhappy with Standard Bank. I have never received such bad service. Since last year end of March 2020 when the hard lock down started I didn’t receive any income for 2 months. I tried to phone and ask to stop my debit orders so that the debit fee penalties can stop but no one assisted me regarding this so I moved to another bank. The problem is still there the interest fees is around +- R27 per month. It’s almost been a year later now and the problem is not sorted out, I don’t know what to do anymore. My account is in arears with R 1 385.76 and still going up every month. I will not pay this fees as I tried to close this account and reverse my debit orders last year. Please contact me ASAP to get this problem sorted out. If this stay over it will keep going up each month. This can’t wait any longer. *This was my review a week ago -I was phoned twice and told they will investigate and get back to me, I am still waiting....... nothing has been done or sorted out.

Worst service ever. I phoned and emailed them several times to stop my FNB credit card debit order on my Standard Bank Cheque card, then they tell me it's stopped and what happens this morning? Still bouncing back! It's been bouncing like that from April month until now. My standard bank fees are sky high because of this debit order that keeps bouncing every month for 2/3 times a month. I will pay off my credit card at FNB and never use them again.
I phoned RCS during the beginning of the national lockdown period to inform them that I will not receive pay for about 2 months. Filled in an insurance form email it through to them. They took so long with this whole process and only paid for 1 month. This is unacceptable and I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with your service! Then they phone me again to tell me that they only paid for 1 month and when do I pay again? Not to even mention they gave me up because I couldn't pay! Terrible customer service!
My car payment holiday for Standard Bank has been approved on the 18th of June 2020. There has been a 2 and a half months delay before they approved it. And this week I received an SMS stating that my payment holiday is over?! No response back as yet I emailed sereral times. Still so disappointed in this bad service I received from Standard bank! My debit orders is still not fixed and I am still in arrears on my current account.
22 June 2020 - Been holding the line for more than an hour today still NO ANSWER! Requested payment holiday beginning of April didn't receive any feedback I phoned numerous times and only managed to arrange it last week but my debit orders is still going off and my account is in arrears with all the deductions of the debit orders. Still trying to find out if my payment holiday has been approved as it doesn't look like it. Debit orders not reversed yet. Very bad service and not satisfied with your service at all.
