Good day, CLAIM: 4436546 On the 17th of February, we logged a claim with ABSA home insurance because the heavy storms experienced during that 3 week period had caused rain to damage my ceilings, doors and garage. Initially, we were very impressed with the assessor, Musa, that was put onto our case as he was extremely prompt and meticulous in coming out to assess the damage. He did this on the 21st of February, giving us peace of mind that our insurance would deal with the matter swiftly. This was however, short-lived and premature because WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ANY FURTHER PROGRESS. According to your records, the assessment was only submitted on the 5th of March (which on its own is extremely disappointing)! After countless more calls and HOURS on hold (just to have the call dropped or no progress report given), we are currently sitting on 30 WORKING DAYS later (not including weekends, etc) and we are STILL waiting for feedback further than it just being under review. This is completely unacceptable and exponentially frustrating when we keep getting an answer of "you'll get an answer in 3-5 working days' time..." Just calculating from the date of the assessor's submission, we are now 3 TIMES OVER THAT TIMEFRAME and are fed-up of hearing that "someone will get back to [us] within 48 hours!" We have never missed or delayed payment for this service and are unquestioningly displeased and angered by the lack of feedback (never mind service delivery), regarding this matter! Now that we have again voiced our displeasure about the lack of communication, we trust that we will get an informed update within the next 48 hours so as to avoid further action to be taken to publicize this poor service delivery we have experienced and further motivate us taking our portfolio somewhere else. We have been loyal customers at ABSA for over 20 years and it would be sad to see such a long relationship come to an end due to this matter! Regards, Debbie and Jose Falcão
The most pathetic and Louzy service ever received by any establishment to date!! I enquired about a price on certain items on their whatsapp group and got a response of " No thanks" and blocked me. Whoever responds on there is the biggest idiot alive... How these clowns are even still in buisiness is beyond my understanding...Stay away they are unwilling to help and please take your buisiness elsewhere. Idiots of the highest order!
I bought the Lego Harry Potter PS4 game on Wednesday 25 November on their website and paid via eft and emailed the proof of payment to support@game4u.co.za I opted to collect my order from the Rosebank store....I got no response after 2 emails??? I then called on Tuesday gave them my order# 11680 to which they acknowledged receiving my proof of payment email but had not allocated the funds to my order... Today a week later I called the Rosebank store in the morning and they promised to call me back within 10 minutes...I am still no closer to resolving this issue??? How can you not pick up my payment and allocate it to my order after a week??? Other sites they allocate payments immediately. I am sorry but the lack of communication and effort is shocking to be honest...I thought I would give you guys a shot but I am no reluctant to purchase on your online store in future and I will most likely stick with Koodoo,Raru and Loot to be honest...
Terrible service!!! I sold an item and now they claim I owe them money?? When you contact support they have no idea on how to resolve the issue and send you from pillar to post...useless staff.

I purchased this on 3 July and you let me know yesterday evening 7 July that stock has been allocated?? 4 days later? strange seeing when I pre-ordered mine there was still a listing For Ghost of Tsushima Collectors edition? my order MGKH-281-B710 Why not cancel someone else's order for a change?? I want my item or pay me back in my account I do not want store credit of R2856! This always happens with 90% of my orders I get told days or weeks later that you can not source the item? Begs the question who is doing the stock tacking who is checking inventory and checking with suppliers before putting items up for sale? which brings up my orderBLWP-279-B740 that was placed on 17 June as well, what is happening with that??? Going on over 3 weeks now? Seriously I am fed up with Loots service as of late it is terrible to put it mildly...
I order a fibre package from Home connect and at first all seemed fine until the delivery of the router. I have called multiple times and I am either on hold for over 20 minutes!! literally right now 20 minutes on hold?? trying to get through to operations or get told lies. I have also sent emails and got told it would arrive on Friday last week...still waiting and no one assists. PLEASE cancel my order as clearly customer service and communication is a s**** home connect lacks... Thank goodness I witnessed the terrible customer service now which makes my decision easier to move elsewhere... My reference: FALJ003
