Africa Stay Always
Exceptional service from start to finish. What could have been a minor disaster when Kukula folded, became a hassle free holiday of a lifetime. Sune was incredible. Her communication during the period of uncer*****y was out of the top drawer. Having returned home yesterday i can honestly say the whole holiday could not have been organised better, if it was done by Swiss watch maker

Not a shock
Woolies Dash. Order number 1814305. Placed at 11am yesterday. Driver delivered to the wrong address. Called the 'Help' desk number 3x and was promised each time that a new deliver would take place ASAP. Still waiting. Not a single call back as promised either. There is a reason behind the share price tumble and it isn't just David Jones. Absolutely useless

Better hope your parcel doesn't get "lost"
Parcel lost in transit? Good luck getting a replacement or even someone to talk to who actually cares. They used to be my go-to online store and have fast become the one to avoid. Bigger does not equal better. Its been 5 days and I still have no resolution.

Rain, Rain, go Away
Absolutely shocking product and service. Had the 5G for 6 months and then it just started working intermittently. After 2 weeks of no resolution from a myriad of support staff, I cancelled it. Unfortunately the alternative of Fibre was swift destroyed a couple of times by my dogs so when I called Rain back to resume this service (out of desperation, not choice) I was told by the sales person that I can no longer have the product/service as I still have the router on my name/ID. The company collected the router over a week ago. Strange and interesting business model. Diabolical service and performance is maybe more accurate

Criminal activity
Do not buy from this website. They are thieves pure and simple. No delivery of product paid for over a month ago despite numerous emails and try and get hold of them. Fraud and criminal activity.
