This company is a ****, I took R250 000 household insurance with Compendium in 2021, I am currently busy with my first claim on my policy in February 2025, when I put this claim through, they tell me that I am only insured for R160 000. They change the values on the claims *******ly without your authorization and send you back and forth like a tennis ball. My policy was taken out with Kaydee, when I called to do my claim I was told I cannot speak to Kaydee and I must speak to Vimla. This Vimla woman is *****, she refuses to assist me and drops the calls on me when I'm asking her for feedback. Yet they still debit me for the full R250 000 worth of household contents insurance. Stay away. There is a better brokerage called PSG Insurance Brokers, I have my business insurance with them and there's no issues.
I recently had a frustrating experience with Charlene Zinn from Afhco Property Management that I feel compelled to share. Over the course of several months, I've encountered consistent billing errors that have caused significant issues. From February to May 2024, during their transition to a new system, my account inaccurately reflected my rental payments, leading to an erroneous billing of arrears. When I reached out for clarification, I was unexpectedly told to pay double my rental amount due to their inability to match my payment with the reference number from my lease. They then issued me a new reference number, which only complicated matters further. Unfortunately, this situation hasn't improved. Over the last few months, from July to October 2024, I requested a reconciliation of my account and discovered that the amounts they provided did not align with my proof of payments. In fact, Charlene Zinn is insisting that I overpay by an alarming 70%. Despite submitting all relevant records and documentation, my concerns have been met with resistance, and assistance has been lacking. There’s an unsettling feeling that Afhco may be improperly handling tenant arrears and manually altering statements based on unverifiable information they claim are "typos." Additionally, they advertise a 5% discount for timely rental payments, but I’ve noticed they fail to send invoices on time, which seems to be a deliberate tactic to ensure tenants miss out on these discounts. While the apartments themselves are nice, the management practices of Afhco have been deeply concerning. I cannot recommend them based on my experience—they may look appealing, but the hidden costs of mismanagement are not worth it.
Very poor service and disrespectful staff in reception. I made an appointment with Rose for my braces and drove 35 minutes to the branch for my appointment only to be told they can’t assist me because they don’t have the correct equipment. When I approached reception to question why they booked my appointment if they don’t have equipment, they miraculously found the thing they were looking for. The receptionist was disrespectful and gave me a **** customer service number. Upon requesting a transfer it was found that they do not have my history on file. I don’t recommend this practice.
I purchased 3 tickets for the burna boy concert in September. The concert was cancelled and I immediately requested for my refund of R1500 to be returned. The consultant Dikeledi continuously **** to me saying that my refund will reflect within 7 working days. It is now 35 days later and the money has still not reflected. But I have been using my airtime and data to continuously try to get ahold of them to get my refund. Dikeledi has been ignoring my emails since 6 October.

Earth Zone deserves a 0 star rating. DANIELLE and LEILANE are very incompetent and lack the basic knowledge needed for them to do simple tasks. They lack professional communication skills, they are utterly rude and take no responsibility for their lack of action or understanding. Do not trust them with your portfolio, they will drag the name of your company down to the ground.
DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH TWIN ANGELS!!! THEY ARE A SCAM. THEY POSE AS AN EMBROIDERY COMPANY AND TAKE YOYR PAYMENT THEN DO NOT SUPLLY YOU WITH YOUR ORDER AND DO NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY ARE ALL THIEFS. ALL THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE PART OF THEIR PLAN TO STEAL CUSTOMERS MONEY. ESPECIALLY INNOCENT AND SHARON. PATHETIC SERVICE. THESE PEOPLLE SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED.
