Midas Mount Edgecombe is the worst of your franchise, I have sent my wife battery for replacement because it was under warranty on the 08/01/2026, (keep in mind we have no other car battery) I had to borrow a battery for somewhere else to continue driving our Car,. I went back to the store to findout what is going on 02/02/2026.the have not even processed the claim, I had emailed your customer service line with documentation. We promised once they have stock they will communicate back. We waited again I then received a phone call from one the store reps and they assured me that they will have the car battery on the 06/02/2026. With a refund of R1000 for the time wasted by your company Today is the 9th/02 /2026 the Mangeress phones back and gives my wife her personal stories and mentioned that her manager mentioned to her that she has to pay from her own. MIDAS is a recognised franchise and this type of behaviour from a business is not the right process. I AM FORMALLY COMPLAINING IF YOU AGREE ON A FEE YOU SHOULD HONOR IT. YOUR SERVICE SUCKS....

I have taken this policy a year + ago. I phoned to update my details for my policy the consultant mentioned she could not find my profile. Then she said they will contact the IT department to resolve the issue. It is more then half the month and I have not once been called back or sent a email regarding my policy my next step is to take this matter to the insurance ***** board to investigate.
This is ridiculous the ludicrously of the matter is appalling.This company has no ethical practices.I best your cancellation department phone or else legal proceedings will commence.
I have cancelled my services with supersonic and they attempted to debit my account of almost R2500.leading up to this event when I spoke to a cancellation department representative.opon agreement to cancel the month-month to service the rep said I have to wait a month and asking the rep on numerous occasions if I had any fees they mentioned I don't have to pay any termination fees, I asked as well how to return the modem they have said a courier will pick it up...3months later service is cancelled I was waiting for a courier van to take the modem and next thing you know they want almost R2500 from me.I going phone and you better have the answers because you have incompetent reps who don't know what they are doing when placing me on hold constantly and don't have the answers....i am disgusted at the manner in which your company conducts it business practice I not going to pay zero rands to you...

Cell C a new contract when capturing address have really really messed it up.I have provided you the correct address the first time I phoned the representative assured me they corrected.tge second time sending out for delivery the Courierit delivery service sends a link to correct so they can resend the item.I get the run around on numbers I should phone to get assistant in tracking my parcel.Please I am asking you Cell C as a company to deliver my phone.
Greetings I never had experience like this from a courier company.they send me a link to change my address when I phone in the representative posing as the manager says to me that will not work.How in the world send a link provided by a company don't work to update the address to send deliever.really don't mention when you phone to get assist you get bounced around department and individuals who put on hold and then promise to phone back.really a terrible experience.
Absa is the most unusable,unfriendly and not to mention unorganized bank around.You cannot close your account via telephone and the bank to cancel your existing account is joke they will make promises not send SMS or email and was arranged to also they don't work on weekends.
