Bought their body wash and xxtra care body cream. It smells heavenly. The body wash was creamy and lathered well. The body cream just melts into the skin. I'm absolutely loving it
I was handed over for collection because apparently the system generated an account in July 2024 after I had put in a notice of cancellation in January 2024. I was not given a statement of account for this outstanding amount but handed over for collection and reported to the credit bureau. Long story short after many phone calls, emails and reviewing on Hellopeter It was finally explained by Vodacom in August 2025 that the amount owed was because the system generated the account late. I made the full payment in August 2025 and submitted proof of payment to the attorneys handling the collection as well as to Mr Losper Ferguson who was handling the complaint on the very same day. To date they have not updated my ITC score. I would like my ITC score to be updated as soon as possible
I was billed for an account, handed over to a lawyer for collection as well as reported to the credit bureau when the account was generated five months after I cancelled my contract. I did post on Hello Peter on the 30th of August regarding the above. I was contacted by a Mr L Ferguson from Vodacom. Thereafter I was cc'd in an email from him to a person named Sudeshnie Naidoo requested her to credit the account and update on ITC. To date I have I not received confirmation that this has been done. This is very stressful. I did email him directly for an update but didn't receive any feedback.
I had a contract with Vodacom for a period of 24 months. I cancelled the contract on time when the contract period was up. My bank account was debited monthly by Vodacom. Recently I received a credit report from Experian only to discover that Vodacom reported that I am in 6 months arrears for a payment for January 2024. The account was debited in January 2024. I called Vodacom..was referred to all the different departments but was not assisted. I have sent numerous emails but the issue still stands.... disgusting, doesn't even deserve a 1

It's a ****. I booked a vehicle with them and had to pay a R700 deposit and was told the balance must be paid at the car rental when collecting the car.. Imagine my surprise when I had to pay the full amount at the first car rental because they took the R700 as a booking fee. It's daylight *******. Disgusted. They should be removed from advertising
I purchased a Samsung 32l microwave from takealot on the 22nd of February thus year. The microwave has stopped working and now when I contact takealot for assistance Im told that theeir warranty is limited to 6 months only. Furthermore I the manufacturer's warranty is invalid because i purchased the microwave from takealot...which they do not tell you when you are purchasing from thrm. The microwave costed R2000... What a waste of money. They are robbing people
I placed an order online on 25th November 2022. App said order was unsuccessful and my money would be refunded. I did not receive the order and neither was my money refunded. I tried calling the raisethorpe branch in Pietermaritzburg but it seems like the phone was taken off the hook. I could also not log a complaint via app.. It was showing error. I tried calling the customer service on Monday 28th November but was told I must call at 10am. No one can assist at present. This is theft.
Dealing with Nedbank is the most frustrating experience. I went into the Liberty Midlands mall on 23rd July to have my ex husbands name removed from my bond account as we have divorced recently. We completed all the paperwork and submitted all the relevant documentation. We were assisted by Mr Deelan Sookdeo who told us that the process takes about 3 weeks to complete. At the beginning of November I received a letter from the bank with my ex husbands name still on the bond. I lodged a complaint and then had the branch manager calling to request that we resubmit some documents (although we did already submit copies of salary slips and the divorce settlement) the day we went to the branch in July. Same was done once again. The pain does not end there I then receive a quote for home owners cover for a much higher premium and lower cover for the very same house. I tried calling was sent to various departments with no one to assist. I have sent numerous emails quering why there is a discrepancy. I even sent numerous emails with all the correct information to the person who was supposed to be dealing with the complaint Mary Venkatasen but to date have received no joy. They keep mixing up the information and send me the insurance schedule and premium that now belongs to my ex husband. I just wish that they had competent people providing a decent service.
