I had to take our dog lucky to the vet today with a light stroke,vet was really helpfull got the bill and sent it to Dotsure, I was not surprised that I had a response within 30 minutes, followed by a mail confirming the claim had been finalised. A great pity there are not more companies like Dotsure, well done to the team.
I am really disappointed with the service received from the customer service lady and her Manager regarding a problem I have with a single chair on one of their Madison full leather suite. We purchased a full Madison from UFO around 20 years ago after about 18 years we got a small tear on the headrest, about half the way down. Contacted Alpine in Capetown who gave me their repair agent in Johannesburg. The repair was so bad I got rid of the whole lounge suite and bought 2 single chairs, the same is starting on one of the chairs, getting a tear, called the customer services found them rude, not willing to discuss, I asked for the manager who told me they only warrant their leather for 2 years, so it is no longer their problem, done even want to send out one of their reps to have a look and give me the reason why I have had 2 chairs doing the same. I for one will NEVER buy another Alpine Leather Product.
Last year in May I booked to stay at Manyeleti for a week had to delay my trip which the resort told me was fine. Decided to go in May this year, contacted Manyeleti and found Mike from Book Direct had not paid them so my trip is on hold till he pays, it is really a pittance R4,850.00 which he has been promising to settle for 3 weeks now. Bookings are not paid to suppliers and he continues to take money and makes false promises. Watch Direct Bookings, don’t use them, seems there are financial issues if they can’t even pay R4,850.00 he has had for a year.
I recently had lightening strike my Solar Inverters and contacted the installer who visited and checked, they could not be repaired as a result of the damage. I contacted momentum Insure who are my insurers and sent them thee damage report and quotation. I was assisted by Juanita Coert, whose service was exceptional, the claim was approved within hours and i was given up-dates all the way. Juanita Coert is a credit to the company and i believe many other companies in the industry who use the Covid Epedimic as an excuse for bad service should take a page on service from Momentum.
I recently had to take our dog Lucky to the vet for an procedure, i used my Dotsure policy and submitted the account for processing, within an hour i had a call form Rachelle Fritz who asked about the wellbeing of Lucky and confirmed our claim had been processed and told me what the refund would be. Dotsure and the staff have been fantastic each claim, this time there was even more personal touch, well done Rachelle.
I would like to thank and recommend Wayne Mossop who I met around 3 years ago when I was retiring and wanted to invest some funds I had in a pension plan. Having met with 2 planners I contacted from other companies, I was really confused what I should do with the funds and it seems some were not always totally honest telling you, you could get and draw substantial amounts from the fund without depleting the funds, too good to be true. I was introduced to Wayne Mossop, at our first meeting I felt really comfortable with him and his honesty and explanation was clear and suggestions great. Today I am a very happy customer, his service is exceptional and almost immediate with all information required. Thanks for the great service Wayne Mossop, highly recommended. Neil Watson
I would like to share the fantastic service I received from Ariana at Dotsure. We took our dod Lucky to the vet for the removal of a growth on his underside chest. Collected him and were home by 17.00. I scanned and submitted the claim by 17.30, received a confirmation by 17.40 and full finalization of the invoice with the assessment by 18.37. This is the second time we have claimed from Dotsure, both times immediate settlement and definitely not short paying. Thank you Ariana and Dotsure, if you have a pet, contact Dotsure, you WILL be really happy with their service, maybe we should ask them to train some of those customers who offer really poor service, and there are a lot of those using Covid-19 as an excuse.
