I always get the most of special treatment from FNB Southgate Mall. Mostly the staff go extra mile to solve the challenges or problems and give you a time-frame to solve the challenges.
I will love to thank Kia Menlyn for assisting with a loan car since my car was involved in an accident last year 2022 July the 4th in particular Andries Van Der Merwe of Kia Menlyn Motus. He kept on updating me on a monthly basis until yesterday when I went to collect my car.
I have been out of internet for the whole week, I send them email and made 4 to 5 calls everyday but I'm not getting any assistance. I spoke to their consultants but they sound so clueless. I ask to speak to their supervisor but I was told he is on tea break and he will send me email after tea.im so furious right now can't even do my work as I'm working from home.
My car was bumped on the 4th of July and kingprice did their investigation and found out that I was not at fault. Kingprice phoned me and told me that they are going to fix the car and I should prepare to pay the access of 6500 of which they told me I will receive it back after claiming from the third party. Its almost 5 months now and I haven't received my car, I was told the supplier still waiting on back order. How do you take 5 months to fix or wait for a back order? Kingprice is just taking me for a ride.
I took a contract phone at MTN on the 7th of March 2021, The phone is Samsung Galaxy s21 256GB 5G.I was told at MTN there is promotional gift I must claim via Samsung. I did that on the 8th and I received an order number reference 6308030813599T4ZA, after a week I phoned Samsung one of the consultant told me the promotion has been closed on 28 of February 2021,but the magazine at MTN store says that the closing date was 13th of March 2021. I feel like I have been robbed by Samsung. This is the reference number from the consultant at Samsung Ref:7115702457.pls assist.
Today I was informed by miway that they are not going to fix or replace my speakers after they have send it to two separate service providers for assessment,both report were different. The first one came back and I was informed my speaker were aged of which I did not agree with the report, then the second report came and I was informed I used a powerful amplifier on the speakers and the led to the speakers coil being damaged. My amplifier is a perfect for this speakers as I have used it for long. I am so disappointed with miway and I'm considering to move to another insurance. MiWay Claims Update: C1253429.
Hello Peter, my name is Paul and I'm insured with miway for household insurance. I put a claim for my aucostic speakers and Samsung microwave, I was then informed that they will only help with the new microwave but they are not going to fix or replace my aucostic speakers because they are old. Please help Hellopeter.
I like to thank Tumelo khubane for the excellent service I got from him, he really helped me within a week. My Yamaha subwoofer was damaged unfortunately it couldn't be fixed but Tumelo from miway replaced the damaged one with the new and powerful subwoofer. Thank you Tumelo, God bless.
I love to thank Mr Sam Mashaba for the great service he gave me when purchasing Kia Sportage, the deal did not even take 5 days. The car was delivered today and it was in good condition and clean. I will love to thank also Stephane Prinsloo for getting me a great interest rate from MFC. Thank you very much guys, may you stay blessed.
