I am so annoyed, frustrated and hopeless by how Luvendran “Lance” Ganesan from Motus Kia Menlyn is illtreating just after I’ve bought my car cash from him. He was so professional and gave undivided attention only until he got the sale - it’s been 3 weeks waiting for my car documents which I was promised the 2 days after my sales via a courier. Luvendran ”Lance” ignores my texts mostly, have to double text before he can respond, this really frustrates me and annoys me. He called me yesterday and had to be home the whole for this documents, it happened today I gain, what’s sad is i missed a date to register my car for a business. Is this how Kia treats its customers? What a horrible after sales treatment???

I will love to thank Kia Menlyn for assisting with a loan car since my car was involved in an accident last year 2022 July the 4th in particular Andries Van Der Merwe of Kia Menlyn Motus. He kept on updating me on a monthly basis until yesterday when I went to collect my car.

Hello Peter. I had the worst experience with the agent working there by the name of Sheriff. He is absolutely rude and should be removed from the front desk. I explained to him what was going on with my car and all he did was that I need a. Battery. They claim to have done a health check on the car how ever my brakes were totally finished. They failed to diagnose what was wrong. I had to pay R2500 and he never even bothered to open my maintenance plan. Please assist so that I can get the service I deserve and paid for .That guy called Sheriff should be removed as he also knows nothing. My car still has the funny sound. Even after replacing the battery there's a clicking sound when I start the car. I am not happy at all.

I would like to thank Wendy for the remarkable service!!!! I took my vehicle for a service at Hyundai Menlyn, the service was top notch! Wendy is an awesome human, humble caring, the whole package!!! I felt like I was her only client, the next day she also did a follow up to check that I'm happy with everything, we need more people like her!!!

After super bad service at Menlyn Suzuki, I asked the sales lady if they will offer better service that Suzuki. Yes of course. Well after 15 minutes I left as she could still not find the key to the vehicle on the showroom floor. The sales people were more interested in the braai going on outside for them than in assisting clients

After taking my car to Kia Menlyn, I recently learned my Air Filter wasn't being changed for the passed few services that I've paid for. No wonder the air through my aircon always felt heavy and damp. This is seriously bad business.

I've had my Kia for two years now and I absolutely love the car. This branch's service is awesome. My car went for a service last Wednesday. I had a personal issue come up and needed to have my car ready earlier than expected. I called in and spoke to Casper who was accommodating and understanding with me. Thank you Kia Menlyn for awesome service.
