I purchased a Hisense dishwasher in 2022, and the racks have already started to rust. To make matters worse, the extended warranty doesn’t cover rust damage. I later found out that many others have had the same issue with Hisense dishwashers and their racks—I really wish I had read those reviews before buying mine. Replacement racks are impossible to find, not even directly from Hisense. My advice: stay far, far away from their dishwashers.
I’ve bought the Milex Intellivac 3-in-1 Robot vacuum on 18 February 2024. The device worked for the first few days, on the 27th of February it started to make a weird noise when the device was in vacuum/sweep mode. Additionally, when I’ve tried the mopping function, the unit which was meant for the water leaked tremendously when I poured water into it. I’ve reported the matter, as it’s clear that I bought a defective device. At first, the consultant told me I can’t get a refund as per their policy my device will be repaired after the assessment. After sending Milex’s refund policy to the consultant, it was concluded on 06 March that I could get a refund. I wanted to buy the device in store (because I want to test it in store before buying). The consultant’s communication till this day is POOR, if I don’t follow up, I don’t hear from them. It’s the 25th of March and I’m still waiting for a refund that was processed on the 22nd of March. Do yourself a favour and buy the device in store (after testing it) because the service you get from the online store is non -existent. At this point I don’t even feel like buying the device in store because of the Client Service.
Can I just start with the fact that Cartrack doesn’t inform you when your contract matures or is about to mature, so that they can conveniently put it on a month to month and charge you. I was not inform about the maturation that apparently happened in February 2023 already. They renewed the contract without my knowledge, in April 2023 when I’ve tried to cancel STILL NO COMMUNICATION!!!Until today, the contract is all of a sudden cancelled, but I owe 5 months worth of premiums. What type of **** is this?? As a consumer I feel that Cartrack exploited me to their advantage. Is disgusting to see how service providers are failing consumers.
I’ve logged a request with Budget on 20 January 2023 and until this day, no one has gotten back to me. I have to call and follow up almost everyday with no action being executed. It’s honestly a shame how existing clients are being ignored and how customer satisfaction is not a priority when it comes to existing customers.
I would like to write a review about Budget Insurance the service representative Alicia Munsamy handled my queries exceptionally! For every query she provided a solution, excellent telephone and client service skills! It was amazing to see how she valued client service!
A huge THANK YOU to the team at iStore, Menlyn Mall. Steven and Solly, I really want to say thank you for going the extra mile. The store was full of clients but they made me feel like getting my phone was their personal priority, I am sure many clients felt like that. Even under the pressure and long hours of helping people, they remained friendly, caring, and have an awesome sense of humour! I wish that we have more people like them! Keep up the awesome work! When it comes to increases this year, these two guys deserve a HUGE one please! They deserved to be acknowledge for their awesome service!!!
I would like to thank Wendy for the remarkable service!!!! I took my vehicle for a service at Hyundai Menlyn, the service was top notch! Wendy is an awesome human, humble caring, the whole package!!! I felt like I was her only client, the next day she also did a follow up to check that I'm happy with everything, we need more people like her!!!
I would like to formally compliment Rosa Roets that handled my claim. I was very stressed out about the whole process, because it’s my first time claiming from an insurer. Additionally, accidents comes with a lot of stress. Rosa made me feel at ease and comfortable when she contacted me the very first time. We talked as if we knew each other for some time, and she made me feel relaxed as she was so compassionate over the phone and really interested in what happened. It didn’t feel like just another call, it felt like a conversation between friends. She kept me informed every step of the way. It was hard to reach me via telephone at times because of the nature of my work, however she always found a way to inform me about the details of the process. We teach people about client service on a daily basis, Rosa’s client service is without a doubt exceptional. Nowadays, it feels like an effort to get client service, but with Rosa, it came as second nature! She is truly what we need during this sad times that we’re currently experiencing. A huge thank you and well done to her! May she continue to let her client’s feel appreciated!!!
I would like to say thank you to Riyaaz at Quicket! He was super when it came to sorting out a mistake I made on my side. It's very seldom that you find people like him who communicates constantly with what's going on, providing solutions to problems and just giving excellent client service! I work as a training facilitator where we provide training on excellent client service, Riyaaz nailed it!!! A HUGGGGE WELL DONE TO HIM!! It's good to see that employees still value excellent client service!!!
<p>I bought Long life milk from Shoprite in Grand Parade Adderley Street yesterday 16/01/2017. Today 17/01/2016 the milk is off!!!It is not the first time that I'm buying old stuff from this branch!!!!</p>
