What is the set Average Waiting Time set at your branches when it comes to your customer services? Are you aware that most of your customers come to your branches during their lunch breaks meaning that your peak time is between 12h00 and 14h00 . I was suprised today when I arrived at you Mall of Africa Branch and 3/6 of your team members went on lunch at almost the same time.
