If there was an option for Zero stars then that's what it will be...This company has zero customer service skills ..especially management who is suppose to know better..Bad service recieved Bad product sold ...company refuse to take accountability for being useless...they are USELESS as on capital letter
I have written reviews about this company I have also seen multiple bad reviews about them they do not deliver as promise you can't get hold of them by phone ...they don't respond to your emails why are they still in business why can't we do something about Snatcher who owns this business This company is getting away with alot ...you can't get hold of them on the phone they don't respond to emails....who owns this business and where do we report them
I ordered numerous items from Snatcher for some time now at first it was only a pleasure buying from them...however for the last three orders I experienced horrible unacceptable service from them...on the 17th July I ordered 2 items I recieved one of the items yesterday 24th July with no explanation where the 2nd item is I had to send and email to enquire...I was told that that item will be send sepately...no one told me that when I ordered the items there was nothing of the fact tat the items Wil be delivered separately...I have just send Snatcher an email now asking them how do I trace my outstanding item as I only have one order number and according to their system it reflect item delivered which h is the one that was delivered yesterday... Really I am so disappointed and frustrated one wonder why I still order from them
Disgusting service and this after I got such good service and I gave them a good review.....for me they dropped from a 5 to a 0....customers must pls take note snatcher does not refund credit card purchases
Bought numerous items now on Snatcher ..very happy with their products and prices....last purchase wrong item was delivered I send an email to complain and the product was collected the next day ,and the correct product is currently on its way to me
Send a review about two weeks ago...BMW Eastrand never responded to the email from Hellopeter...their customer service responded to my complain ...but never followed through as promised on their last mail to me.....that says alot about how much they take their customers seriously......
Bad customer service ...no follow ups on service and calls Branch manager not interested in his customers and their concerns reception lady not helpful at all ...this branch is really not living up to your BMW brand they need to get training to ensure proper customer satisfaction..
I ordered my increda -pegs online late Friday afternoon,my pegs was delivered today ...fast friendly service... excellent product will highly recommend Thank you Increda-Peg team
Disgusting service.....not helpful ....no communication skills....no customer service skills....just don't care about their business and their values IF ANY If I could give 0 stars then that's what it will be 0
