Stay far away from Dischem Health absolutely useless. They don't pay for 90% of medications and don't have providers that are listed on the app, when you make appointments and get there, get told they not a provider.
Absolutely shocking service. After being told I would receive a refund by the gentleman at reception, they now refusing to pay me. I made a booking 10 minutes before arriving there, he in fact hadn't even seen it yet when I arrived. I realised I would not be able to book an uber the following morning as it was very far from the main entrance and a dirt road, my uber driver said the ubers would just cancel on me. So I asked if I could cancel and get a refund.... I was told its no problem, I must just cancel on the app and I'd get a refund. Being told today they not refunding me. Imagine that, stay far away from this place, if the lying starts at reception imagine the rest of the resort.
I am bitterly disappointed, after requesting a refund due to the whole family contracting covid, they cancelled on booking.com from their side and confirmed they would not take a cancellation fee, now i get sent a "voucher". This is absolutely theft, I requested a refund and my booking was cancelled by them. The staff are totally incompetent when contacting their offices, you can't get to talk to a manager and the staff can't answer what is happening from their side. Absolutely disgusting service.

The worst experience ever!!! First booked into the cascades but the pool wasn't functioning, we werenot informed of this before check in, so we upgraded and paid in to stay in the palace. Got to the palace, staff allowed us into our to change for the pool but we were informed it had not been serviced yet which we agreed to, just to change. We spent the day by the pool. Went back to our room at about 5pm, only to find it was still filthy from the previous guests, very upset we went to reception, the lady apologised and said she would upgrade our room. We went to the new room, it had dirty wine glasses the covid seal was already broken, so I dont think it was cleaned thoroughly, at this point we were so tired, we just got our luggage and left for dinner. We then had the shocking realization that the room had no air conditioning.... you pay that price for no aircon!!!! Disgusting, we had the worst 3 nights ever!!! Sweating and stuffy! I'm so shocked, we stayed there 4 years ago and it was such a pleasure, it's now a disgrace!
Barker precast walls is the worst company we have ever dealt with. Their workmanship and service is non existent, they take forever to complete the job and then it looks horrendous, leave the job with wire and concrete all over. Promise to come back and finish moving up the electrified fencing and repair it but apparently they advertising is false because they dont know how to repair the fence they broke. When we ask when they coming after being promised everyday for a week the owner threatens to stuff us up!
After receiving terrible service, I was assured I would receive a smooth process with my return, once again the staff namely Sune Nel proved that Cielo do not pride themselves on customer service at all. Inferior quality products and non existent customer service.
Worst customer service from Marushka. Purchased online but only after I had to follow up on where my order is, was I told they dont have stock!! One pedestal was cracked when received and I'm still waiting for some of my order, paid for over a month ago. Marushka doesnt answer emails and has no idea about customer service.
