What a bad experience. Debiting my account twice and making me wait for more than 14 days for refund and then only to find out it takes 40 days to refund it, but this big entity took 2 minutes to take money from my account which I did not authorize. A big entity like yours cannot even pay back a R890, what a waste of time being with you I am looking for alternative cover. You guys are ***********.

We had a dispute with Telkom for deducting R850 cancelation fee. For almost a year and then on 4 February 2020 selldirect made Contatc with me and advised that they will handle the matter. I was informed that a voice recording would be requested from Telkom. After not hearing from selldirect again, my wife called them and the lady who was dealing with our query advised that she got the voice recording and that she will be listening to it and get back to us. 5 whole months later and still no response from the lady (WE DO NOT WANT TO DISCLOSE HER NAME AS YET) I've sent emails and no response from selldirect. Last week my wife called and they advised that the person looking into the query will Call me, well a week later no call. Is this how selldirect deal with issues, no feedback, no returning of calls???? Utterly disgusted
I just found out that I've been illegally subscribed by base bone pty Ltd. My mobile service provider Telkom has been charging me R147 and R420 for subscription fees and when I enquired it was base bone pty Ltd who was the culprit who was charging us R7 per day. This is not the first time bas bone pty Ltd did this to people, I saw a review of them on hello Peter and now I'm also taking action against them. I want my money paid back and the subscription on the following number stopped immediately 0812118747. Stop stealing from people!!!!!
