I bought a car for my daughter in January 2024. Got a good discount but the book value was in range with the discounted price. They took the car through road worthy test. After we picked up the car, we found that the wipers, spare tire were damaged. Battery was old and need to be replaced. Phoned them and they said they will change wipers and tire. Took the car in they changed the 2 items. We found out that the second tire was also damaged. The owner's reply was that we got the car at a discounted price... WOW!!.. Be careful.
Be careful people. They ask for a holding deposit on cars you haven't even see. If you ask for the Natis docs no comment. According to their Procedure you need to put down a deposit. Really??? we live in South Africa........
I do not know why I am complaining about Intec on this forum because the company do not even have the decency to answer back. Well all i can say is they are a bad horrible company for people to study at. My daughter has paid for the year and did not even get a student number or feedback in two months and we call daily but the lines are kept busy. Do NOT study with them.
In these difficult times SAHL cant even give an extension on a lower payment while still under debt review. I still owe FNB an amount and the 60 month period was not enough to settle all debts. SO now I have to get money from I do not know where to pay FNB because SAHL need there full amount. Disgusted. Will NEVER recommend this institution for a home loan. They are not standing by you in difficult times.
Why is it so difficult for me to write a positive review for a company? Maybe I haven't experienced good service yet not even talking about excellent. Yet again I came to a big company with bad service. I was looking for life insurance and asked Sanlam about two months ago twice to let a consultant call me...no one did. This morning I went onto their site and they had a consultant call me within an hour. But...……. To my astonishment because I had Covid in June I have to wait 6 months to get insured???? Why???? Are there any scientific evidence that I am at risk dying after having Covid? Don't think so. Well I am over it. No additional life insurance for me.
PROMISES, PROMISES!! I got a call from Vodacom awards about a month ago. They can see on my profile that I buy extra data and would like to give me a package with 80 Gig data for less than what I spend on my contract and buying data with an extra simcard and other gifties… Long story short after I called and asked why the package was not delivered a lady from Vodacom promised me that it will be delivered as soon as I send my FIKA docs on the contact number she will send me. Till today no contact number and no package. Why promise things if you cant deliver? Rather leave it then. Really poor service.
Telkom has the poorest client feedback and assistance I have ever encountered as a Quality Manager. They do not have a system in place to assist in sorting out a problem. I have a Smartbroadband Wireless FIXED 40 GB monthly account with them for R459.00. During April my kids went over the 40 GB and they charged me R4300 for 70993 MB. As I wanted to know why did they charge me and did not cut off my data as we went over the FIXED 40GB the lady at Telkom told me they did send a message to warn me, which I did not get and not gave my consent that they can charge me. The second time I called they let me know that it is not capped...… so what does fix mean? These little facts they leave out when the promote a contract that sound so wonderful. So after holding on for hours to speak to a consultant twice no one called me back and my line was cut. I am NOT going to pay the R4300 for 70 Gigs. So who do I speak to with authority???? Major non conformance.
