I moved into a new property where Consistent Metering is the electricity and water service provider. When I opened the account with them they advised that the account with the previous tenant will be shut down on the 28th and that I must call on the 1st of March for them to reconnect for me. I moved in on the 1st to find that the electricity on, I then called the reconnection number provided by their employee, Helen, the number was not working, it was off. A couple of days after moving in, we received an electricity bill effective from the 28th of February. I have been emailing back and forth with this Helen person who claims that she was the old tenant move out on the 27th and that we moved in on the 28th. They even scratched the account opening form date of the 1st of March and they themselves wrote the 28th of February to force me to agree that I moved in on the 28th of February, as if I was not there when I moved in. I will advise people to ensure that you do not open a new account with an electricity supplier until you move in physically. You might as well stay without electricity for a couple of hours while they open your account as a new occupier instead of being smeared with older bills you have no business with. She finally told me that she has referred the matter to her boss, Leoni, of which I am yet to hear from her.
The network works at the beginning but after about 2 months in use it gets very unstable. When trying to cancel they ignore me and keep on taking money from my bank account
Terrible virtual school. The admin staff make a lot of mistakes they never admit to. My daughter missed a couple of exams because of a malfunctioning laptop. Instead of giving her an opportunity to rewrite, they keep sending her an opportunity to rewrite subjects that she's already written. The wost part is that I tried to rectify the error from the onset but they have been stubborn and arrogant. I'm taking the matter up with the Department of Education now. They must just close down that school.
I bought an @Asus laptop for my homeschooling daughter at the beginning of this year. It was hardly six months the laptop started shutting down randomly in the middle of her classes and exams. My daughter did not write her 3rd term exams because the laptop went for repairs for the 2nd time in 1 month. Each time the #Asus laptop goes for repairs it doesn't take less than 21 days to come back. Let alone the fact that the attitude and service I was getting at Incredible connection The Glen Mall was arrogant and negative. 2 weeks ago I went to ask for a refund. I was told the laptop has to go to the supplier for yet another 21 days before they decide to refund me or do whatever they think is necessary. Bear in mind the final exams are carrying on, they are not waiting for my daughter. Today I called at about 13h00 to be told the manager is out, they put me through an assistant manager by the name of Lindo, who couldn't help me. All he said is that he will get the manager to call me back. It is now 18h35 and still no call or word from Incredible Connection The Glen Mall about the status of my daughter's Asus laptop. I wouldn't recommend the @Asus brand band to my worst enemy. I wouldn't recommend Incredible connection The Glen Mall to my worst enemy.
They are the worst in rental apartments. After I wrote a review here, 3 months down the line they have the audacity to reply and send me an e-mail with the same excuses accusing City Power for their incompetence. Excuses don't take away the losses suffered because of their incompetence. Ithemba Properties, you do not open up incomplete buildings for occupation and blame other people for it. That's pure greed. Why did you block me from replying to your email? I advise anyone looking for a place, better be on the streets than take occupation any of Ithemba Properties properties.
The advertised properties don't look like the exact properties. The free wifi is a scam. Electricity goes off 99% of the time in their properties and no one cares. Elevators are not working and no one cares.
