UPS Express parcel been on its way since Friday 13 Mar 2024. Cleared by Customs but haven't been shipped yet. Been on the line for 45:05 holding for consultant to assist me. I paid the additional Express charges for my delivery because i URGENTLY required my parcel, but now my order is taking just as long as what it would have taking if i used normal tracking.

Call quality of agents are shocking. Working from home is great if you give them the correct tools. Otherwise you only damaging your reputation. Fraud department only working from 10:00 - 22:00.
We have been in a Motor Vehicle on Saturday 17 September 2022, Vehicle has been taken in for repairs with the paten beaters and was collected on Tuesday 11 October 2022. When we collected the vehicle, we noticed that the car is using a lot of petrol when driving. we used 1/2 a tank of petrol for 100km. I brought this to the attention of the panel beaters and Momentum insure. The panel beater has requested that we return the vehicle for them to investigate. We were not comfortable driving the vehicle because it is leaking fuel. we were sure if we would be able to make the journey or if the car might catch fire. so I requested the insurance to tow the vehicle for us. Since Tuesday 11 October, Momentum hasn't replied to my email or attempted to contact me. Every time I phone, I spend 20 - 45 minutes on the phone just to get no response or empty promises. I have requested management to phone me back because they don't take customer calls. It has been extremely frustrating dealing with Momentum insure.
I'm a Classic Comprehensive Client of Discover and paying a fortune for medical aid. I Ordered replacement Medical Aid card on the 4th Of January. Got a reference number (WRefNo#7587273902 MailRef#2146805527 )from Discovery stating the cards will be delivered with in 7 days. I escalated it again on the 24th of February. I was assured the cards will be couriered to me and I will receive it the first week of March. Discovery is still not able to provide me with a Courier waybill number meaning that they haven't even received my card to courier. On the 24th of Feb my Wife was declined service at the XRAY's because they don't accept Digital medical aid cards. They had to leave to collect my card so that they can get assistance. What happens it the case of an emergency? If we cannot offer proof of medical they wont be able to receive the correct treatment that I pay for? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE AND DISCOVERY DOESN'T CARE. Miss one payment with Discovery and they cancel my membership. But they can do what ever they want.

Bought Silverstone racing chairs from Makro in November 2019 on Black Friday. Gave them to my kids for Xmas on the 24th of December. The leather is pealing all over. The chairs are pulling *****. Marko not willing to assist me with a return. Return policy is 14 days and they only warrent the striching. But what about the poor quality of the product?

Where can i send my watch to get the battery replaced? Your hello.tomtom.com website does not respond. your online chat takes about 2 hours to respond them disconnects withing 3 minutes after an agent responds. My reference number:Ref #926873
