Online Car Parts does not respond to any of my enquiries about my order of parts since October 2025. This is unacceptable. I asked for my parts or my money back. customerservices@onlinecarparts.co.za
After numerous times enquiring about parts I ordered in the beginning of October and promises of delivery end of the week I am still waiting for the parts. I will not recommend these people at all to my friends or anyone for that matter. Why is this business still available online waiting for their next victim? Extremely annoyed.
Once again swift and friendly service from Outsurance. Changed debit order after personal account was changed.
Recently I have tried to contact Clientele Life on behalf of my 83 year old mother in law as she can't communicate so well any more. I've sent mails, called, no feedback. Then I requested a call back on their website (don't do that!) I was called back by a ****mer, a John Modiba, name irrelevant of course which, if I wasn't wise enough to such calls, would have been ****med out of a lot of money. We have been having trouble getting joy out of Clientele since since my father in law passed away and we took over custody of my mother in law. This type of service is annoying. DONT request a call back on their website!!!!
Recently purchased my Sandero Stepway at this branch and I must say the service I received from finding the vehicle on their website to driving out the branch took us three days. Kudos to the sales person Hein and accounts person Ruben for their prompt and friendly service, and the office ladies helping with the final paperwork! Well done!
This is the first time I have the opportunity to give Takelot a heads-up. I have been using Takealot for years now and there is not a single time that I was disappointed with their service. I ordered numerous items from their website and everything I ordered was of superior quality. I think there was once that I (through my own ignorance) ordered the wrong item for my wife, but the exchange and pick-up was done swiftly with no hassles at all. Keep up the good work Takealot!!! I will recommend, and does, to all of my friends and family without a thought! Thank you!
I am not happy that I did not receive my order as yet. I had a response from a person directly after I complained the first time I reviewed their service with feedback as to where my order could be tracked, but alas no order yet. Tracking says the order is still...... 2020-07-15 15:56:40 South Africa, Arrived at destination country airport, Its nearly October and still no sign. Must I just write off the R350 odd I paid for this item?
Found Cyber Grocer in social media and gave it a try, and I was quite pleased with the quick turn around. I placed a medium order of groceries the evening of 13 July and received the order the next afternoon 16H00. The person handling the order, Jacob, called a couple of times during the day confirming stock availability and alternative products for me. I will certainly use them again during the lock-down period and after.
I recently purchased a Mandrel including 6 blades from Swan Tiara who are advertising on Facebook. After my purchase I received confirmation email stating my order are being prepared for delivery. (Order #STA37055 confirmed) This was the 19th of June and haven't heard from them since apart from adverti*****ts for other products, no mention of my order. I paid R325.00 for this tool. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt thinking the product is still on its way but one can't get hold of anyone on their support email.
I ordered a Mandrel with 6 different blades through Swan Tiara who pops up on Facebook from time to time. I was really interested and could use this tool, but after ordering it and paid for it (+- R325.00) I received a conformation email that my order has been received and they were packing it for delivery but halas, that was the 19th of June. Order #STA37055 confirmed I hope something will be done about this.
