I'm very much disappointed in my laptop. I have been complaining but they are not helping me. I'm failing my exams because of the laptop. When I'm writing it switch off any way for about an hour. It takes 30 minutes to open a certain file. The laptop is very slow
I bought the normal round light bulb on the 5th of May 2025 . Yesterday in the 11th June 2025 the light is flicking and switching off, I called to complain and to tell them know that I lost my receipt. The lady said it's fine I should go to the store and tell them to replace the light. But in reality that will never work out, they will take me from pillar to post because Firstly they don't know her. I told her that maybe she must write an email to them and se said she doesn't have any connection with the store. So how will I go there while she doesn't have any connect with the store and clearly they don't know her so how will they believe me
The laptop is very slow. It takes 30 minutes to start. 15 minutes to open a document. Las year I failed my exam because it took my an hour to start. On Tuesday I was writing, I started to switch it on at 07:30 and it only started working at 09:30. I was already late for my exam Everything is slow. I complained about it last time but I got no help. I will never recommend it to anyone
This laptop is too slow. It takes about 30 minutes before I can actually starting working. The screen get blank or will only show my wallpaper with the desktop. It restarts anytime without my concern
I cancelled my account in August. So yesterday as I was checking my account balance, I notice R199 was missing, opened my tyme bank app and I see netflix deducted R199 from my account. Try to log in from my Netflix account, it says incorrect email address. I called them and I was told someone change my email details and they are sorry and I will get my money back. How can someone deduct money in my account without my concern, meaning our personal details are not safe.
I made an order on the 8th of March, then on that same day I cancelled my order and asked for a refund. I haven't received my money until today. My name is Tshegofatso Maredi. The price is R402
I Applied for tax refund on the 12 August I was told to wait for 7 Working days. I didn't get the money. I called and they said since I changed my account details I should wait 21 working days. I called End of September but they said my case has been escalated until today nothing has been paid
I had a contract with mtn, I paid for 24 months and I sent am email to cancel my contract in March. I was told that I owe R1012 because I have been using free data and I told them that I didn't not get free data. The other consultant said I missed payment last year for 3 months and I sent them all my proof of payment. Now the other consultant said I owe this money because I never canceled my contract in time, and I have all the reference numbers when I was trying to cancel my contract and no one help me.
I have a contract with Mtn, I paid for 24 months and I would like to cancel my contract, I am told that I owe R877 because I have been using free data for 3 days. This only happened because I didn't want to upgrade my contract. I have been a loyal customer to them for 24 months. I want to cancel my contract. My phone has been off service for 4 days now. I have missed important calls. In January I recharge with R110 airtime and bought 1 GB data and only received 480MB, I called to enquiry and was told they will investigate, until today I am still waiting for my feedback. I will never do contract with mtn again
Mtn has a very bad service. My phone has been blocked for 4 days now. I tried to contact the call centre but the is no available agent, I sent emails but they are not helping. I'm very angry, zi have lost important calls.
