“I am extremely disappointed with the way MBD Collections has handled my account. I settled my account in full over a year ago and have proof of payment. Despite this, they continue to phone me and insist that I still owe money. This is unacceptable and feels like harassment. Every time I explain that the account has been paid in full, they ignore the evidence or give me the runaround instead of resolving the matter. It is very frustrating to be contacted repeatedly for something that was already settled long ago. Their records are clearly not updated, and their staff show little professionalism or accountability. I have wasted time, energy, and money trying to prove myself over and over again when the responsibility lies with them to keep accurate records. No one should have to deal with this kind of stress after paying their debt in full. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend MBD Collections. They need to improve their communication, update their systems, and treat people with fairness and respect.”
I am very disappointed with my experience at this vet. I adore my dog with all my heart, but she was very sick and couldn't walk or jump. I knew something was wrong because she is usually an active dog that loves to play. When I took her to the vet, a male veterinarian diagnosed her with a slipped disc. He didn't even offer to do an x-ray to see how severe the condition was. His only recommendations were to spend 40000 on surgery or to put her down. I have since booked an appointment with another vet, who was surprised that the first vet never performed x-rays. My dog means everything to me, and I believe that a veterinarian should genuinely care for animals, rather than just being focused on making money from the suffering of pet owners.
My spouse and I purchased the car. On Saturday, first it took us over 5 hours to purchase the vehicle, we went through the report, and everything was good. We left from Germiston to Edenvale I was following my husband; he was driving the new car in Bedfordview. The cluth went, and we were now stuck. We didn't want to leave the car there because it wasn't insured, yet my husband managed to get in first and drove very slowly back home. Now, I am worried because your report is false, the car was not even cheap, and you have a mechanic on the premises. You can convince them to take a look at the vehicles.
This is the worst company I've dealt with. At the beginning of 2024, they called me and asked to settle my account, which I did, resulting in a typo error of 4 cents short. I even offered to pay the 4 cents to receive my paid-up letter, but I have been calling every day, and it's so frustrating. All I want is the letter to clear my name. and I am not getting help. I have sent an email, but there has been no response. I wrote a review before, and they said they would contact me, but that was a lie.
This is ridiculous! I have been trying to obtain a paid-up letter for months. I have attempted to call, but there is no answer, and when I seek help, the staff is very rude. I don't understand how they are still open; they should close their doors.
I am very disappointed in their service They overcharged me, and I requested a refund They sent me an email requesting my bank details, which I have, and then they said I would wait 2 weeks.. I called today because 2 weeks is up, and they said the person never submitted it at the billing department. Now I have to wait another 2 weeks and times are tough, so I need every cent I have to get through the month I work on a budget for them to take more of what I pay, which is ridiculous; they are quick to take their money but take forever not to pay back what they owe
Worst company every they don't even reply to your emails when sent and when you sign up for anything they just increase the amount with out even letting you know you see it on your debit order i had a washing machine from teljoy they increase 5 time over a 3 year period never again company like that should be closing down they just know how to still from people
Wow you have a lot of bad review I was thinking of getting an account but after reading the review i don,t think so you are going to lose business like that. i always look at review before i do anything if i do it there are millions that do it to. So i just hope for the company sake that you pull up your socks even the medical aid is rip off you can go to affinity health and its half the price for the same benefits then key care i just received a quote today and they were so helpful
