Telkom mobile adjusted their prices on the contracts at the time we were expacting a VAT increase which luckily did not happen. Sadly, though th increase did not happen, Telkom did not drop the price. I am now paying R10 more on my contract and they are not saying anything
Good day, My account number with MWEB is 64681879. The decided to charge me R50 extra without any reason and lable it as Debit Order Unpaid Fee. I find it rather a bad service as I do not have an unpaid month in the past 3 months following bing with them for over 2 years. I am rather disgusted and considering alternatives
I have subscribed to MWEB and I am still waiting for my installation yet they have already debited my account even before they could deliver my router. I find this to be theft as I fail even to understand that if they charged me pro rata from which day did they start counting as I have not received the device. Your assistance towards getting this matter resolved will be appreciated
I have never did any business with this company and I will never yet when I check my credit report I find that thy have been doing credit checks on my name. my problem is where do they even get my information from. As far as I understand this is all a fraudulent act on my name. please help.
Good day, I recently made on online purchase through the CAT website which was not the first purchase I do through that same platform. Following my purchase which was made on the 27th October 2021 up until today, I did not receive any communication what so ever be it even a tracking number for me to track my shoes with the courier yet I have made my payment in full. This is not the service I received the last time and I am currently disappointed. sadly there is no number for me to call as to follow up hence I am even going this rout. Your assistance towards me getting my shoes or any kind of update form this company would be highly appreciated. Regards,
Metro fiber recently installed the cable in our area, that means to for connection to our houses, they are the company to assist. I have since arranged with them and booked the installation which was supposed to be done on the 19th October 2021. Well based on my paving, I was told they did not have the tools to deal with it and they postponed the inhalation to the following day which is today. Talking to Jason Gaud, who I believe he is a site manager, I am today told that all is well and the team is currently busy at my house with the installation as arranged. out of curiosity, I then drove from work to home as to see the progress, only to find that there is nothing done at all and the team on site does not even have my house on their plan for today. This is rather a disappointing first foot as I am already worried about what kind of a relationship am I going to have with this company seeing that its employees find it easy to lie to clients. The area of complain is Tirong in Kya sands
Following a report I wrote earlier this month mentioning the fraud done by Homechoice to my name, a lady by the name Lee-Ann Petersen from their customer service department did call me and promised my matter will be attended to in 3 days from the day they receive my affidavit and ID which i emailed and received confirmation of that they were received by her. Sadly today 4 days later I still have not heard any call from them. I guess the call I received on Monday morning was just a bluff to my face. after all Homechoice does not care about destroying other peoples lives.
I have never dealt with this company yet they are debiting my account. I have went further to check my credit report on clearsore only to find that there is a revolving loan from home choice on my name which I never applied for. In my case this is a fraudulent case and I am definitely taking this matter further and handing it to my lawyer.
I cancelled my membership with this company yet they still deduct money from my account. when I reverse those debits, I receive warning messages.
