They promised my debt review process will be over 5 - 12 months. It is now a year and 3 months later. They don't contact me. I must contact them. They are difficult to get hold of and ask documents every 2nd to 6th month. Delays, and blame it on the court and shooting. The people who helped me was Maroeshka, Aimie and Haneefah. They wanted to secure a sale and made promises they can't adhere to. This place made me miss opportunities with their negligence. Unprofessional and sarcastically rude BUNCH. I was garenteed my flag will be removed by 5-12 months. They bite off more than they can chew. Now I must wait from 2024 Sep to 2026 March. Where my colleagues had there flags removed within 90 days with another provider. PLEASE AVOID THEM. I STILL WAITING . THEY WILL MAKE YOU PAY THEN WAIT LONG.
They still did not fix my broken wire. They came out twice and I sent the photos of the broken wire with black tape on and do other things at my premises. I was at work this time due to no internet I had to relocate causing inconvenience, extra money and messed up my budget and schedule.
Takes forever to get through to one, they cut my service but said my ne to pay date for fibre is the 8th of June, I paid the 8th of May, my service wS down 4 days yet no down time, I'm canceling and letting all my friends and family go with another provider.
My second time at Goudini Spa and had a horrible experience. I was in the 8 sleeper Boland house, where my phone got stolen out of the house, in my room on charge.I was in the pools front door was locked and only the sliding door was open, cleaning staff had access and obviously went in to clean, my phone was the only valuable item there, no windows were open, I called my phone it rang then someone declined the call. I heard it was VA new cleaning company. Goudini called a meeting after reporting it but couldn't do a search or something as the police advised they not allowed to search, the new cleaning company had different regulations etc. I was advised to open a case with my tracking number etc. My deepest regret was trusting my things will be safe, Goudini could at least offer some sort of outcome that would benefit me as a customer and themselves. However instead they just did the above, I mean it was stolen at there resort. I will not recommend them and I have many clients who are members, I will notify everyone and will post this on all social media platforms as I'm not happy at all and feel they could have resolved it better. I am so I need I went to lenterguer and got turned away, marriage on the rocks, elderly mother and being a bread winner with 2 kids and a brother too, my wife is unable to work, as she is home assisting my mother etc.. I needed a once off help but got turned away, a promised call back, I then applied online and am still awaiting a response for weeks now. I understand there is rules and requirements, however it's my first time seeking help and Sanzaf just assumes it's there duty to decline me without proper investigation, I am honest with my payslip etc yet it's like I'm young and can do things but I'm in a corner.I will make sure this is known, my wife now had it as she can not work and we want to move forward but can't due to assisting my ill mother... It's fund's to help our needy Ummah, I wish my case could have been dealt with better even with little help, but no help at all, is a smack in the face.
high bank charges, I was left stranded due to no funds, they have not retrieved the payment as it was supposed to at the correct time which left my balance in a minus and blamed me. The agent just passed me through back to the IVR no apology , I was reasonable and very polite, I am in customer services and I know that Absa's services levels are extremely weak and poor. Very expensive and not recommended , I was happier with Standard bank, I was Stranded in Worcester once too due payment confirmation emails not coming to my email. It is just so much, DO NOT GO WITH ABSA , Capitec is cheaper and better and is improving daily.
I wish I can leave minus 0. I am still waiting since last year round about October/November on a claims complaint not being paid to my Doctor. They let me visit the Doctor thrice, where the Doctor had to tell me, it was declined the visits, when I called unity health, stratum, they said I need to call for authorization first, I did not know, when, how, they Team Leader Said she forwarded my invoices received from my Doctor to the claims team, yet no response since last month. I will post this all over Social media etc.. Your services are not that great and limited but you still have time to rip people off. You should know me well by now. REGARDS TASHREEQ JOUBERT
Hi Your idiotic App, I have a phone that use biometric password and it's asking me a ****ing password, I am trying to reset it and it's not working now it's locked me out, I need to make an urgent payment now I can't, I don't use internet banking, I only use the App. I try calling and your IVR says you don't have agents taking calls, How? I went to forgot password and it's giving me a lot of ****, I made a mistake to switch over to you from Standard bank which is the best, I'm surely switching back, your App, charges and services are the worse. I want this resolved NOW you don't even have a support team to answer calls, I was lost somewhere and needed proof of payment and you could not help me too and I had to pay again your bank is **** honestly, it's not user friendly too. Now you going to come with your **** that I must reset it etc but I don't know my pin as it's biometric. I'm leaving 1 stars and reviews on all platforms possible. If I incur charges from owing one I'm having my lawyer collect it from you. I won't wait on a 24/48 hour response, you better help me now. Contact me urgently.
I request a call back they give 1 ring and drop the line where I waste my air time and time on calling, waited 30 minutes. Can't they have an email or online chat. No refund due but could it be due to the country owing other countries that they taking to much of our money... I requested another call back and did everything to arrange the call back at the end the prompt voice message says we are experiencing technical difficulties, really now you government and city workers earns good money to still be incompetent, the service is pathetic like the leaders of the country.
AVOID this place at all cost. They take payments and do not pay your creditors, they have incorrect details regarding your financial situation. There lawyers are not up to date on matters regarding your financial situation. They slow on solutions and contacted me via sms while I lost my phone, but no email from them they did not even give all my contact details to their lawyer to contact, she had to say I'm unreachable via sms and that there's no email attached to my details also sms is no formal way of communication, if I did not answer follow up with an email as anything could have happened, which did came to my propen before, no help just stressed and getting sick of it my blood pressure is sky high, I raised a complaint with NCR and request this matter to be resolved with a gesture of goodwill for the troubles and sleepless nights. I am not paying for something One Debt could have resolved. Simply by follow ups just to show and update customers. Do not hesitate to email, as I like to compile all relevant proof which I already did.
