They recalled 2005 Corolla for airbag issues.After that the airbag light is on in the car.Before the recall no issues and no light on dash.Now they want R1000 to rectify the problem they caused.It has been a while since but the fact remains they caused the issue.From the 2nd day of getting the car back I did complain to their staff so it is proof that the light being on is due to them. Sadly they break things then want to charge to repair what they damage.
If there was a negative star rating FNB would get -10 stars!Worst black Friday **** ever.No enterprise,knowing the amount of customers they have and who will flood the site for deals they advertise won't go do prior upgrades to ensure the site and app does not crash.Pure care free attitude from FNB. Got through to apply at last stage of PS5 deal for R185pm then says error and a message from FNB to me saying a consultant will contact me.This happened over 15 times. This is definitively a bank changer.
Bought a laptop screen.Fitted it and it was broken.Numerous emails to manager who ignores emails and won't send me a refund or a working screen.Pathetic service and robbery.Screen plastic and void sticker still on.
Good service delivery and excellent prices compared to others.Purchased 2 x 4gb DDR3 1600mhz ram sticks for notebook and im a happy customer.Delivery was not too long and items were packaged securely. Firstshop is recommended.
Once again Dstv's poor service is shown.Called in last week Monday to connect my Dstv with the internet package.Kept being told "tomorrow they will call".Called yesterday for the 3rd time and guess what?Mqde me eft a fee and was told they will phone today and have it all done.Guess what?They never called.I cannot even upgrade it via the app as it is not allowed until they sort out the upgrade.Worst customer service ever. As for their rewards on the app It's a total scam as I won a free month of premium last year December,got and email saying it will be connected in January to premium but it's August now and yeah not even my package I pay for can be connected. Missing the start of EPL.Thank you dstv.Reward your poor service with another price increase on your packages.
Such bad service.Phoned in 4 times in the last 2 weeks after being disconnected basically the whole month after changing my package.They are charging for the old package and the new one.Every call to them ends with them saying they escalating the problem and will call back but never did.DSTV IS JUST RIPPING US OFF.I will cancel my services.I have had enough.Thetly need to give back my money that was paid this month because the dstv was disconnected.
PS3 went it for wifi/bluetooth module repair as controllers did not work wireless.Was using it wired prior to sending it in with no other issues.Was told It cannot be fixed so asked for it to be returned as I would buy wireless controllers that use the usb ****le.Get the ps3 back,put it on and after 20min it shuts off and never comes back on.Email Console Service Repair ,received an apology and that the ps3 will be picked up and returned to me the way I sent it in.Prior to this I never had power issues on the console.They fetch the console and after a few days I get it back,put it on and after 20/30 minutes the same thing happens.Goes off and never comes on.Email them again,they now claim its a different issue and that I need to pay R1700 for them to repair it.I basically paid them R350 in courier fees to send me back my PS3 that is now unusable whereas before they received it the console was working fine wired.It now does not even power up.

So I ordered a laptop battery in December last year and got a battery with specifications completely different from what was advertised.Logged a return and was told they cannot supply the correct one that was advertised and refunded me.I then went onto the app and left a review saying that the advertising was wrong and that review was removed and that battery is still advertised.I ordered a different battery now and they ship me a laptop charger.This being me clearly telling their rep in an email what previously happened and to make sure i get the battery i ordered with the specs advertised in an email which I sent because I waited 10 days.10 days to get the completely different product.Very dissapointed at takealots service.
Phoned in yesterday to link my extra view at 14:00 as the primary decoder is on and working.Guy tells me its not linking and he has escalated the problem to technicians and it will be working in the next 30min.At 16:00 nothing is linked so called in and given the same story.Woke up this morning and phoned and got the same escalating bull.Phoned in again now and same story.Escalating escalating escalating but nothing.Pathetic service.
